Claims (16)
- 선박에 탑재되는 수평 방향으로 배치되는 원통형 2중각 탱크의 구조로서,
액화 가스를 저장하는 내조와,
상기 내조와의 사이에 진공 공간을 확보하는 외조와,
상기 내조와 상기 외조 사이에 배치되고, 상기 탱크의 축방향으로 서로 이격되는 위치에서 상기 내조를 아래에서 지지하는 한 쌍의 지지부를 구비하고,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부 각각은, 각각의 축방향이 상기 탱크의 반경 방향과 일치하고, 상기 탱크의 둘레 방향에 있어서 상기 내조의 바로 아래로부터 양측에 복수의 통형체가 각각 위치하도록 상기 탱크의 둘레 방향으로 배열된 복수의 통형체와, 상기 내조의 외주면 상에서 상기 통형체의 상기 내조측 단부를 각각 유지하는 복수의 내측 부재와, 상기 외조의 내주면 상에서 상기 통형체의 상기 외조측 단부를 각각 유지하는 복수의 외측 부재를 포함하며,
상기 통형체 각각은 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱으로 이루어지고,
인접하는 상기 통형체 사이의 거리는, 1개의 통형체의 폭 또는 상기 내조와 상기 외조의 사이의 거리보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.

- 선박에 탑재되는 수평 방향으로 배치되는 원통형 2중각 탱크의 구조로서,
액화 가스를 저장하는 내조와,
상기 내조와의 사이에 진공 공간을 확보하는 외조와,
상기 내조와 상기 외조 사이에 배치되고, 상기 탱크의 축방향으로 서로 이격되는 위치에서 상기 내조를 아래에서 지지하는 한 쌍의 지지부를 구비하고,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부 각각은, 각각의 축방향이 상기 탱크의 반경 방향과 일치하고, 상기 탱크의 둘레 방향에 있어서 상기 내조의 바로 아래로부터 양측에 복수의 통형체가 각각 위치하도록 상기 탱크의 둘레 방향으로 배열된 복수의 통형체와, 상기 내조의 외주면 상에서 상기 통형체의 상기 내조측 단부를 각각 유지하는 복수의 내측 부재와, 상기 외조의 내주면 상에서 상기 통형체의 상기 외조측 단부를 각각 유지하는 복수의 외측 부재를 포함하며,
상기 통형체 각각은 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱으로 이루어지고,
상기 내측 부재 각각은 상기 통형체의 상기 내조측 단부와 감합하는 내측 감합부를 포함하며,
상기 내측 감합부는, 상기 통형체의 상기 내조측 단부가 상기 내측 감합부의 내부로 들어가는 고리형을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 내측 부재 각각은 상기 통형체의 상기 내조측 개구를 막는 내면판을 포함하고, 상기 내측 감합부는 상기 내면판으로부터 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 내면판의 상기 내조측 제1 주면은, 상기 내조의 외주면과 곡률 중심이 동일한 곡면이고, 상기 내면판의 상기 통형체측 제2 주면은 상기 탱크의 반경 방향에 수직하는 평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 내측 부재 각각은 상기 통형체의 상기 내조측 단부가 끼워지는 홈이 형성된 고리형 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 외측 부재 각각은 상기 통형체의 상기 외조측 단부와 감합하는 외측 감합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 외측 부재 각각은 상기 통형체의 상기 외조측 개구를 막는 외면판을 포함하고, 상기 외측 감합부는 상기 외면판으로부터 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 외면판의 상기 외조측 제1 주면은 상기 외조의 내주면과 곡률 중심이 동일한 곡면이고, 상기 외면판의 상기 통형체측 제2 주면은 상기 탱크의 반경 방향에 수직인 평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 외측 부재 각각은 상기 통형체의 상기 외조측 단부가 끼워지는 홈이 형성된 고리형 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 내측 부재는 상기 내조에 고정되어 있고,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부 중 하나의 상기 외측 부재는 상기 외조에 대한 상기 탱크의 축방향의 변위가 구속되도록 구성되어 있고,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부 중 다른 하나의 상기 외측 부재는 상기 외조의 내주면 상을 상기 탱크의 축방향으로 슬라이드할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부 각각에서 인접하는 상기 외측 부재의 사이에는 상기 탱크의 둘레 방향에서 각 외측 부재의 이동을 가능하게 하는 간극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부 중 다른 하나의 상기 외측 부재와 상기 외조의 내주면 사이에는 윤활 라이너가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 선박용 2중각 탱크 구조를 갖는 수평 방향으로 배치된 원통형 2중각 탱크와,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부와 대응하는 위치에서 상기 탱크를 지지하는 한 쌍의 새들을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액화 가스 운반선.
