Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (a) 운반체 기재;
(b) 하나 이상의 제 1 제올라이트를 포함하는, 상기 운반체 기재 상에 코팅된 저부층;
(c) 내화성 금속 산화물 지지체 상의 하나 이상의 귀금속 성분을 포함하고, 분자체를 실질적으로 갖지 않는, 상기 저부층 상에 코팅된 중간층; 및
(d) 하나 이상의 제 2 제올라이트를 포함하는, 상기 중간층 상에 코팅된 최상부층
을 포함하며,
여기서 저부층은 활성화 감마-알루미나 및 백금 성분을 추가로 포함하고;
중간층의 내화성 금속 산화물은 활성화 감마-알루미나를 포함하고;
중간층의 하나 이상의 귀금속 성분은 백금 성분 및 팔라듐 성분을 포함하며;
최상부층은 활성화 감마-알루미나 및 백금 성분을 추가로 포함하는 것인,
디젤 엔진으로부터의 배기 가스 배출물의 처리를 위한 층상 디젤 산화 촉매 복합체. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 중간층의 활성화 감마 알루미나가 80 내지 200 ㎡/g의 범위의 표면적, 0.6 내지 1.0 ㎤/g의 범위의 기공 부피, 및 70 내지 150 Å의 범위의 평균 기공 직경을 갖고, 제 1 제올라이트와 제 2 제올라이트 둘 다가 베타 제올라이트를 포함하는 것인 층상 디젤 산화 촉매 복합체.
- 제1항, 제4항, 제9항 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 15 내지 225 g/ft3(0.53 내지 7.95 ㎏/㎥)의 범위의 양의 총 귀금속 성분 담지량을 갖는 층상 디젤 산화 촉매 복합체.
- 탄화수소, 일산화탄소 및 기타 배기 가스 성분을 포함하는 배기 스트림을, 제1항, 제4항, 제9항 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 층상 디젤 산화 촉매 복합체와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 디젤 엔진의 기상 배기 스트림의 처리 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 촉매 물질이, 5 내지 75 g/ft3(0.18 내지 2.65 ㎏/㎥)의 범위의 양의 팔라듐 성분 및 10 내지 150 g/ft3(0.35 내지 5.30 ㎏/㎥)의 범위의 양의 백금 성분을 추가로 포함하고, 10 중량% 이하의 양의 백금 성분이 하나 이상의 제올라이트 내로 혼입되고, 90 중량% 이상의 양의 백금 성분이 팔라듐-함유 층의 고표면적 내화성 금속 산화물 지지체 상에 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 디젤 배기 가스 스트림을 1회 이상 디젤 산화 촉매 복합체의 하류에 위치한 매연 필터 및 촉매화 매연 필터(CSF)의 상류 또는 하류에 위치한 선택적 촉매 환원(SCR) 촉매 물품으로 보내는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 배기 다기관을 통해 디젤 엔진과 유체 연통하는 배기관;
