도 1은 마이크로니들 기구의 한 실시양태를 도해한다.

도 5는 도 4의 복합형 패턴의 다중 반복을 포함하는 패턴을 도해한다.

Claims (20)
- 마이크로니들, 및 마이크로니들의 표면 상에 가공되어 있고 소정의 패턴으로 배열된 복수 개의 나노구조체; 및
마이크로니들과 유체 연통되는 류마티스 관절염 약물
을 포함하는, 피부 장벽을 지나 류마티스 관절염 약물을 전달하는 기구. - 제1항에 있어서, 패턴이 마이크로구조체를 추가로 포함하고, 나노구조체가 마이크로구조체보다 작은 횡단면 치수를 갖는 것인 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 마이크로구조체의 횡단면 치수보다 작고 제1 나노구조체의 횡단면 치수보다 큰 횡단면 치수를 갖는 제2 나노구조체를 추가로 포함하는 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나노구조체의 적어도 일부가 500 나노미터 미만 및 5 나노미터 초과의 횡단면 치수를 갖는 것인 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나노구조체의 적어도 일부가 50 나노미터 내지 1 마이크로미터의 중심간(center-to-center) 간격을 갖는 것인 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나노구조체의 적어도 일부가 10 나노미터 내지 20 마이크로미터의 높이를 갖는 것인 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나노구조체의 적어도 일부가 0.15 내지 30의 종횡비를 갖는 것인 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 류마티스 관절염 약물이 질환 조정 항류마티스성 약물인 기구.
- 제8항에 있어서, 류마티스 관절염 약물이 단백질 치료제인 기구.
- 제9항에 있어서, 류마티스 관절염 약물이 TNF-α 차단제 또는 IL-1 차단제인 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 류마티스 관절염 약물이 항염증성 약물인 기구.
