도 2는 비교예 1의 광학 적층체의 표면의 반사 관찰에 의한 광학 현미경 사진이다.
도 3은 비교예 2의 광학 적층체의 표면의 반사 관찰에 의한 광학 현미경 사진이다.
도 4는 비교예 3의 광학 적층체의 표면의 반사 관찰에 의한 광학 현미경 사진이다.
도 5는 실시예 1의 광학 적층체의 도 6과 동일 개소의 표면 요철 형상의 반사 관찰에 의한 광학 현미경 사진이다.
도 6은 실시예 1의 광학 적층체의 도 5와 동일 개소의 표면 요철 형상의 투과 관찰에 의한 광학 현미경 사진이다.
Claims (6)
- 광투과성 기재 상에 적어도 방현층을 갖는 광학 적층체이며,
상기 방현층은, 상기 광투과성 기재와 반대측 표면에 요철 형상을 갖고,
상기 요철 형상은, 상기 방현층을 구성하는 바인더 수지의 상분리에 의해 형성된 요철 형상 (A) 및 상기 방현층에 포함되는 내부 입자에 의해 형성된 요철 형상 (B)로 이루어지고, 또한,
상기 요철 형상 (A)는, 볼록부가 섬 부분이며, 오목부가 바다 부분인 해도 구조를 구성하고,
상기 내부 입자는, 상기 방현층 중에서 상기 해도 구조의 바다 부분에 많이 존재하고 있고,
상기 내부 입자는 단분산 수산기 함유 스티렌-아크릴 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 적층체. - 광투과성 기재 상에 적어도 방현층을 갖는 광학 적층체이며,
상기 방현층은, 상기 광투과성 기재와 반대측 표면에 요철 형상을 갖고,
상기 요철 형상은, 상기 방현층을 구성하는 바인더 수지의 상분리에 의해 형성된 요철 형상 (A) 및 상기 방현층에 포함되는 내부 입자에 의해 형성된 요철 형상 (B)로 이루어지고, 또한,
10점 평균 거칠기(Rz)가 3㎛ 미만이고,
상기 내부 입자는 단분산 수산기 함유 스티렌-아크릴 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 적층체. - 제2항에 있어서, 방현층 표면의 요철 형상은, 10점 평균 거칠기(Rz)와 산술 평균 거칠기(Ra)의 비(Rz/Ra)가 12미만인, 광학 적층체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 방현층 표면의 요철 형상은, 거칠기 곡선의 첨도(Rku)가 4 이하인, 광학 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 입자는, 방현층 표면의 요철 형상 (A)의 볼록부의 형성에 기여하는 수지 성분보다 오목부의 형성에 기여하는 수지 성분에 대한 친화성이 높은, 광학 적층체.
- 광투과성 기재 상에 적어도 방현층을 갖는 광학 적층체의 제조 방법이며,
상기 광투과성 기재 상에, 서로 비상용인 2종 이상의 바인더 수지 및 내부 입자를 포함하는 방현층용 조성물을 도포하여 도막을 형성하는 공정, 및
상기 도막을 경화시켜 방현층을 형성하는 공정을 갖고,
상기 내부 입자는 단분산 수산기 함유 스티렌-아크릴 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법.
