Claims (23)
- 가스용 열교환기(1)로서, 프레임(2) 내측에 배열된 코어를 포함하고, 상기 코어는 냉각제에 의한 열교환을 갖는 상기 가스의 순환을 위해 설계된 관의 어레이(array)를 포함하며, 상기 관은 상기 프레임(2)의 각각의 단부에 결합된 2개의 지지 플레이트(3a, 3b) 사이에 상기 관의 단부에 의해 고정되는, 열교환기(1)에 있어서,
상기 프레임(2)은 서로의 근방에 그리고 상기 프레임의 동일측에 배열된 상기 냉각제를 위한 2개의 입구 덕트(4) 및 출구 덕트(5)를 포함하고,
상기 열교환기는 상기 프레임(2)의 적어도 하나의 부분에서 가스의 유동의 순환에 대해 반대 방향으로 냉각제의 유동을 지향시킬 수 있는, 상기 프레임(2) 내측에 배열된 바이패스 수단(bypass means)을 포함하며,
상기 바이패스 수단은 편향 수단(deflecting means)(6, 7a 내지 7d)이고,
상기 편향 수단은 가스 입구 단부(8a)로의 냉각제의 유동의 통과를 허용하도록 상기 프레임(2)의 내부 벽으로부터 적합한 거리에 배열된 종방향 배플(baffle)(6)과, 상기 종방향 배플(6)을 따라 교번하여 배열되고 실질적으로 나선형의 궤적을 따라 상기 가스 입구 단부(8a)로부터 가스 출구 단부(8b)로 냉각제의 유동을 균일하게 지향시키는 것을 가능하게 하는 통과 절결부(cut-out)(9, 10)가 제공된 복수의 횡방향 배플(7a 내지 7d)을 포함하며,
상기 종방향 배플(6)은 상기 종방향 배플을 관통하는 냉각제의 최소 유량을 달성하고 냉각제의 속도가 느린 저속 구역을 회피하기 위한 소형 절결부(11)를 포함하는
