도 6은 도 5에 도시한 절단면(T)에 따른 열교환기의 종단면도.
Claims (6)
- 가스 열교환기(1)로서, 케이싱(3)의 내부에 마련되며, 냉각제와의 열교환에 의해 냉각될 가스가 관통 유동하는 복수의 병렬 튜브(2)를 포함하고, 냉각제 입구 도관(4) 및 냉각제 출구 도관(5)이 상기 케이싱(3)의 대향 단부에 각각 마련되어 있는, 가스 열교환기(1)에 있어서,
각각의 튜브(2)는 가스의 방향에 대향하는 돌출부(6)를 갖고, 각각의 튜브(2)의 돌출부(6)가 편향기(deflector) 형태의 배리어(barrior)(6a, 6b)를 형성하도록 튜브(2)들을 서로 적층함으로써 상기 튜브(2)를 조립할 수 있으며, 상기 배리어(6a, 6b)는 상기 열교환기(1)의 전체 길이를 따라 그리고 상기 튜브(2)의 주위에 냉각제 입구(4)로부터 냉각제 출구(5)까지 냉각제 유동의 적절한 분배를 보장하는 사전결정된(predetermined) 경로를 형성하도록 구성되고,
상기 병렬 튜브(2)는 직사각형인 단면을 갖고, 각각의 튜브(2)는 가스의 방향에 대해 횡단하는 돌출부(6)를 구비함으로써, 각각의 튜브(2)의 상기 횡단 돌출부(6)가 수직인 횡단 배리어(6a, 6b)를 형성하며,
상기 튜브(2)는, 튜브(2) 세트의 상반부의 각 횡단 돌출부(6)가 가스 입구로부터 튜브(2) 길이의 1/3의 거리에 배치되어 제 1 수직 횡단 배리어(6a)를 형성하는 반면에, 튜브(2) 세트의 하반부의 각 횡단 돌출부(6)가 가스 입구로부터 튜브(2) 길이의 2/3의 거리에 배치되어 제 2 수직 횡단 배리어(6a)를 형성하도록 방향설정됨으로써, 2개의 횡단 배리어(6a, 6b)가 냉각제 유동을 위한 Z자형 경로를 형성하고,
상기 냉각제 입구 도관(4)은 상기 제 1 횡단 배리어(6a)의 상류측에서 케이싱(3)의 일 측면의 일 단부에서의 상부 부분에 배치되며,
상기 냉각제 출구 도관(5)은 상기 제 2 횡단 배리어(6b)의 하류측에서 케이싱(3)의 동일 측면의 대향 단부에서의 하부 부분에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
