Claims (8)
- 배기라인으로부터 배기가스를 전달받고, 냉각된 배기가스를 흡기라인으로 재순환시키는 EGR 쿨러에 있어서,
박스형상으로 이루어져 배기가스가 유입 및 배출되는 배기가스입구와 배기가스출구가 형성되고, 상기 배기가스를 냉각하기 위한 냉각수가 유입 및 배출되는 냉각수입구와 냉각수출구가 각각 형성되며, 상면과 하면에 각각 내측으로 돌출된 복수개의 포밍부가 형성되는 하우징;
상기 하우징의 내부에서 상기 배기가스입구에서 상기 배기가스출구로 지나가는 배기가스가 이동하도록 상기 하우징 내부에 설정된 간격을 두고 배열되는 복수개의 튜브; 및
복수개의 상기 튜브를 상기 하우징 내부에서 지지하면서 냉각수가 흐르는 공간에 배치되도록 상기 하우징과 튜브 사이, 및 각 상기 튜브 사이사이에 배치되는 복수개의 서포터;
를 포함하며,
상기 하우징과 튜브 사이에 배치되는 서포터는 상기 포밍부를 통해 지지되어 상기 하우징 및 튜브와 함께 브레이징 접합되는 EGR 쿨러. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은
제1 패널과 제2 패널의 길이방향 양단부가 상호 겹치기 접합되어 박스형으로 구성되고, 상기 제1 패널과 제2 패널의 각 상면과 하면에 복수개의 포밍부가 형성되는 EGR 쿨러. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 서포터는
평평한 평면부와, 상기 평면부 사이에 형성된 복수개의 관통홀과, 상기 관통홀 사이의 일정구간이 일측으로 돌출되는 복수개의 볼록부가 형성되는 EGR 쿨러. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 포밍부는
상기 하우징과 튜브 사이에 배치되는 서포터의 평면부 일측에 접촉된 상태로 브레이징 접합되는 EGR 쿨러. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 제1 모재와, 상기 제1 모재의 일측면에 접합되는 제1 접합층으로 이루어진 2층구조로 형성되고,
상기 튜브는 중앙에 형성된 제2 모재와, 상기 제2 모재의 양 외측면에 가각 형성된 확산 방지층과, 상기 각 확산 방지층의 각 외측면에 형성된 제2 접합층으로 이루어진 5층구조로 형성되는 EGR 쿨러. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 서포터의 포밍부는
상기 하우징과 튜브 사이에 개재되어 상기 하우징의 제1 접합층과 상기 튜브의 제2 접합층에 의해 브레이징 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브 내부에 배치되고, 상기 튜브의 상면과 하면에 일정패턴을 따라 선택적으로 접합되는 냉각핀을 더 포함하는 EGR 쿨러. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 일정패턴은 요철형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러.
