Claims (12)
- 니켈 및 철을 함유하는 니켈 광석으로부터 염소 이온을 함유하는 산 용액을 사용하여 니켈을 회수하는 니켈 습식 제련 공정에서 상기 니켈을 회수한 후에 배출되는 염소이온, 알칼리금속 이온 및 철 이온을 포함하는 수용액으로부터 부산물을 회수하는 니켈 습식제련 공정의 부산물 회수방법에 있어서,
상기 수용액을 가열, 증발 농축하여 염화철을 결정화하는 결정화 단계;
상기 결정화 단계에서 결정화된 염화철을 고액분리한 후 배소하여 산화철과 염소로 열분해하는 배소단계; 및
상기 배소하는 단계에서 산화철이 획득되면서 발생된 비산 산화철과 염화철 결정 원료를 염화철 결정 100 중량부 당 비산 산화철을 0 초과 40 중량부 이하의 중량비로 혼합 장입하여 로타리 킬른에 의해 장입 원료 흐름과 가열원 방향이 교차되는 향류형(counter-current) 방식으로 재배소하는 단계

Ni 및 Fe를 함유하는 니켈 광석을 염산으로 용해하여 Ni 및 Fe 이온이 침출된 침출액을 얻는 침출단계;
상기 얻어진 침출액에 알칼리제를 가하여 pH를 조절하고, 침출액 중의 고상의 불순물을 고액분리하여 제거하는 pH 조절단계;
상기 침출액에 Ni 및 Fe를 함유하는 니켈 광석을 첨가한 후 니켈을 페로니켈로 석출하여 페로니켈을 회수하는 석출단계;
상기 석출단계에서 획득된 석출액으로부터 고액분리하여 고상의 석출물을 여과 회수하는 석출물 회수단계를 포함하는, 니켈 습식제련 공정의 비산 산화철 회수방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 침출 단계의 침출액은 잔류하는 고상의 잔사가 제거된 것인, 니켈 습식제련 공정의 비산 산화철 회수방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리제는 상기 침출액의 pH를 1.5 내지 3.5가 되도록 첨가하는, 니켈 습식제련 공정의 비산 산화철 회수방법.
