Claims (28)
상기 공중합체는 실온에서 자일렌 가용성물질 함량이 Y%보다 낮으며, Y = 0.77 +0.252X이고, 여기서 X는 1-6으로서, 상기 공중합체에서 부텐-1의 몰 퍼센트에 대응되고,
상기 공중합체는 주요 촉매 성분 A, 보조-촉매 성분 B 및 외부 전자 공여자 성분 C를 포함하는 Ziegler-Natta 촉매를 이용한 공중합화에 의해 획득되고,
여기서 성분 A는 티타늄, 그리고 유기 에폭시 화합물, 유기 인 화합물 및 비활성 희석제로 구성되는 용매 시스템에 마그네슘 할로겐화물을 용해시킴으로써 획득된 다염기 카르복실산 에스테르를 포함하는 고형 촉매 성분이고;
성분 B는 일반식 AlRnX3-n을 갖는 알킬 알루미늄 화합물이고, 여기서 R은 수소 또는 1개 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 기이고, X는 할로겐이고, n은 0 < n ≤ 3이고; 그리고
성분 C는 일반식 RnSi(OR')4-n을 갖는 유기실리콘 화합물이고, 여기서 0 ≤ n ≤ 3, R과 R'는 동일하거나 상이한 알킬 기, 시클로알킬 기, 아릴 기 또는 할로겐화된 알킬 기이고,
상기 성분 A, B 및 C는 전-복합화 처리된, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
230℃에서 2.16 kg의 부하(load) 하에 측정될 때, 0.5-50 g/10 min의 용융 지수를 갖는, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
용매 시스템에서, 마그네슘 할로겐화물의 몰당(per mole)에 기초하여, 유기 에폭시 화합물의 양은 0.2-5 몰이고, 그리고 유기 에폭시 화합물 대(對) 유기 인 화합물의 몰 비율은 0.9-1.6인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
알루미늄 대(對) 티타늄의 몰 비율로서 측정된 성분 B 대(對) 성분 A의 몰 비율은 5-1000이고, 그리고 실리콘 대(對) 티타늄의 몰 비율로서 측정된 성분 C 대(對) 성분 A의 비율은 2-100인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
주요 촉매 성분 A는 마그네슘 할로겐화물을 유기 에폭시 화합물, 유기 인 화합물 및 비활성 희석제로 구성되는 용매 시스템에 용해시켜 균일한 용액을 형성하고, 상기 용액을 티타늄 할로겐화물 또는 이의 유도체와 혼합하여 침전제의 존재에서 고형물을 침전시키고, 상기 고형물을 다염기 카르복실산 에스테르로 처리하여 이것이 고형물에 적재되도록 하고, 그리고 이후, 상기 고형물을 티타늄 테트라할로겐화물 및 비활성 희석제로 처리함으로써 획득되고, 여기서 침전제는 유기 산 무수물, 유기 산, 에테르 및 케톤에서 선택되는 것인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
성분 A를 제조하는데 유용한 마그네슘 할로겐화물로부터 형성된 균일한 용액에서, 마그네슘 할로겐화물의 몰당(per mole)에 기초하여, 유기 에폭시 화합물의 양은 0.6-2 몰이고; 유기 에폭시 화합물 대(對) 유기 인 화합물의 몰 비율은 0.9-1.4이고; 비활성 희석제의 양은 1200-2400 ml인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
성분 A를 제조하는데 유용한 마그네슘 할로겐화물은 마그네슘 이할로겐화물, 마그네슘 이할로겐화물과 물 또는 알코올의 복합체, 그리고 마그네슘 이할로겐화물의 분자식에서 1개의 할로겐 원자를 탄화수소 기 또는 할로히드로카르빌옥시 기로 대체함으로써 획득된 유도체, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
성분 A를 제조하는데 유용한 유기 에폭시 화합물은 에틸렌 산화물, 프로필렌 산화물, 부틸렌 산화물, 부타디엔 산화물, 부타디엔 이산화물, 에피클로로히드린, 메틸 글리시딜 에테르, 디글리시딜 에테르, 테트라히드로푸란, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
성분 A를 제조하는데 유용한 유기 인 화합물은 트리메틸 오르토-포스페이트, 트리에틸 오르토-포스페이트, 트리부틸 오르토-포스페이트, 트리페닐 오르토-포스페이트, 트리메틸 포스파이트, 트리에틸 포스파이트, 트리부틸 포스파이트, 벤질 포스파이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
성분 A를 제조하는데 유용한 침전제는 아세트산 무수물, 프탈산 무수물, 숙신산 무수물, 말레산 무수물, 피로멜리트산 이무수물, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 부티르산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 아세톤, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 벤조페논, 메틸 에테르, 에틸 에테르, 프로필 에테르, 부틸 에테르, 아밀 에테르, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
성분 A를 제조하는데 유용한 다염기 카르복실산 에스테르는 디에틸 말로네이트, 디부틸 말로네이트, 디에틸 아디페이트, 디부틸 아디페이트, 디에틸 세바케이트, 디부틸 세바케이트, 디이소부틸 프탈레이트, 디-n-부틸 프탈레이트, 디이소옥틸 프탈레이트, 디에틸 말리에이트, 디-n-부틸 말리에이트, 디에틸 나프탈렌 디카르복실레이트, 디부틸 나프탈렌 디카르복실레이트, 트리에틸 트리멜리테이트, 트리부틸 트리멜리테이트, 트리에틸 헤미멜리테이트, 트리부틸 헤미멜리테이트, 테트라에틸 피로멜리테이트, 테트라부틸 피로멜리테이트에서 선택되는 것인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
성분 A를 제조하는데 유용한 티타늄 할로겐화물 또는 이의 유도체는 티타늄 테트라염화물, 티타늄 테트라브롬화물, 티타늄 테트라요오드화물, 테트라부톡시 티타늄, 테트라에톡시 티타늄, 모노클로로 트리에톡시 티타늄, 디클로로 디에톡시 티타늄, 트리클로로 모노에톡시 티타늄, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
촉매 성분 A를 제조하는 방법은 하기 단계를 포함하는 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체:
1). 마그네슘 할로겐화물을 교반과 함께, 0-100℃의 온도에서 유기 에폭시 화합물, 유기 인 화합물 및 비활성 희석제로 구성된 용매 시스템에 용해시켜 투명하고 균일한 용액을 형성하는 단계;
2). 침전제의 존재에서 및 -35-60℃의 온도에서, 티타늄 할로겐화물 또는 이의 유도체를 마그네슘 할로겐화물 용액에 첨가하거나, 또는 마그네슘 할로겐화물 용액을 티타늄 할로겐화물 또는 이의 유도체에 첨가하고, 그리고 또한, 다염기 카르복실산 에스테르를 고형물의 침전 전후에 첨가하여 침전된 고형물을 처리하고 다염기 카르복실산 에스테르가 고형물에 부분적으로 적재되도록 하는 단계;
3). 반응 혼합물을 60-110℃의 온도로 가열하고, 그리고 현탁액을 상기 온도에서 10분 내지 10시간 동안 교반하는 단계;
4). 교반의 종결후, 고형물을 혼합물 용액으로부터 침전시키고, 그 이후에 여과하고, 모액을 제거하고, 그리고 고형물을 톨루엔과 헥산으로 세척하여 티타늄을 포함하는 고형 촉매 성분 A를 획득하는 단계.
상기 촉매 성분 A, B 및 C는 전중합화를 겪고, 이후 반응기에 첨가되는, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
전-복합화 온도는 -10-60℃의 범위에서 제어되는, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
전-복합화 시간은 0.1-100 min인, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
프로필렌과 부텐-1의 공중합화는 액체상 루프 반응기에서 수행되는, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체.
여기서 성분 A는 티타늄, 그리고 유기 에폭시 화합물, 유기 인 화합물 및 비활성 희석제로 구성되는 용매 시스템에 마그네슘 할로겐화물을 용해시킴으로써 획득된 다염기 카르복실산 에스테르를 포함하는 고형 촉매 성분이고;
성분 B는 일반식 AlRnX3-n을 갖는 알킬 알루미늄 화합물이고, 여기서 R은 수소 또는 1개 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 기이고, X는 할로겐이고, n은 0 < n ≤ 3이고; 그리고
성분 C는 일반식 RnSi(OR')4-n을 갖는 유기실리콘 화합물이고, 여기서 0 ≤ n ≤ 3, R과 R'는 동일하거나 상이한 알킬 기, 시클로알킬 기, 아릴 기 또는 할로겐화된 알킬 기이고,
상기 공중합체는 1-6 mol%의 부텐-1 함량을 갖고, NMR 방법에 따라 결정될 때, 99.0%보다 큰 부텐-1의 상대적 분산도를 갖고, 그리고 GPC에 따라 측정될 때, 3.8-6의 분자량 분포 지수 Mw/Mn을 갖고,
상기 성분 A, B 및 C는 전-복합화 처리되는, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
상기 성분 A, B 및 C는 전중합화를 겪고, 이후 반응기에 첨가되는, 방법.
용융 사출 성형(melt injection molding)에 의해 조성물로부터 형성된 1 mm의 두께를 갖는 시트(sheet)는 10% 미만의 흐림도(haze)를 갖는, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체 조성물.
95℃ 초과의 열 변형 온도(heat distortion temperature)를 갖는, 프로필렌-부텐-1 무작위 공중합체 조성물.
