- 1,4-디아미노부탄 생산능을 가지는 미생물을 배지에서 질소 공급원을 제공하면서 배양하여 1,4-디아미노부탄 탄산염류를 생산하는 단계;
상기 배지로부터 1,4-디아미노부탄 탄산염류를 포함하는 발효액 또는 이의 농축물을 준비하는 단계;
상기 발효액 또는 이의 농축물로부터 증류에 의하여 1,4-디아미노부탄 탄산염류를 포함하는 제3 조성물을 분리하는 단계; 및
상기 제3 조성물에 포함된 1,4-디아미노부탄 탄산염류로부터 탄산을 제거하여 1,4-디아미노부탄을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 질소 공급원이 암모니아, 유기화합물의 암모늄염, 질소 함유 유기화합물, 및 탄산계 무기화합물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상인 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법. - 삭제
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 농축물이 상기 발효액을 10℃ 내지 100℃의 증기온도 및 10mmHg 내지 760mmHg의 압력에서 농축을 수행하여 준비되는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 농축물의 pH가 10.0 이상인 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 제3 조성물을 분리하는 단계 전에 상기 발효액으로부터 균체를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 1,4-디아미노부탄 탄산염류가 1,4-디아미노부탄 탄산염(1,4-diaminobutane carbonate) 및 1,4-디아미노부탄 중탄산염(1,4-diaminobutane bicarbonate) 중 하나 이상인 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 증류에 의하여 제3조성물에 포함된 1,4-디아미노부탄 탄산염류의 70중량% 이상이 분리되는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 증류가 30℃ 내지 158℃의 증기 온도 및 10mmHg 내지 760mmHg의 압력에서 수행되는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 제3 조성물의 pH가 10.0 이상인 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 탄산의 제거가 분별증류에 의하여 수행되는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제22 항에 있어서, 상기 분별증류가 100℃ 내지 230℃의 증기온도 및 1기압 내지 5기압에서 수행되는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제22 항에 있어서, 상기 분별증류가 증류탑에서 수행되는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
- 제24 항에 있어서, 상기 증류탑의 하부에서 1,4-디아미노부탄이 회수되는 1,4-디아미노부탄의 정제방법.
