Claims (12)
- 디아민염을 함유한 수용액으로부터 디아민을 정제하는 공정을 포함하는 디아민의 제조 방법으로서:
상기 수용액에 알카리성 물질을 첨가한 후 상기 수용액을 나노 여과막에 통과시켜 여과함으로써 알카리성 물질의 첨가에 따라 생성되는 염 및 알카리성 물질과 반응하지 않은 디아민염을 제거해서 디아민 수용액을 얻는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 디아민염을 함유한 수용액의 디아민염과 알카리성 물질이 이하의 (a) 또는 (b)의 조합이고,
상기 디아민이 하기 화학식(1)로 나타내어지는 디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법.
(a) 디아민 황산염, 디아민 탄산염, 디아민 인산염, 디아민 디카르복실산염 또는 디아민 지방족 트리카르복실산염과 알카리성 물질의 조합
(b) 디아민염과 수산화칼슘, 수산화마그네슘 또는 수산화알루미늄의 조합

(식 중, n은 1∼10의 정수를 나타낸다.) - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (b)의 디아민염이 디아민 무기산염 또는 디아민 디카르복실산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (a)의 알카리성 물질이 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화칼슘 또는 암모니아인 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 나노 여과막의 기능층이 폴리아미드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공정에 있어서의 알카리성 물질을 첨가한 후의 수용액의 pH가 9 이상 12 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공정에 있어서의 수용액의 여과압이 0.1㎫ 이상 8㎫ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공정에 의해 얻어진 디아민 수용액을 1㎩ 이상 대기압 이하의 압력하에 있어서 25℃ 이상 200℃ 이하에서 증류하는 공정에 더 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공정에 의해 얻어진 디아민 수용액을 역침투막에 의해 여과해서 디아민 농도를 높이는 공정에 더 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법. - ⅰ) 디아민염을 함유한 수용액에 알카리성 물질을 첨가한 후 상기 수용액을 나노 여과막에 통과시켜 여과함으로써 알카리성 물질의 첨가에 따라 생성되는 염 및 알카리성 물질과 반응하지 않은 디아민염을 제거해서 디아민을 얻는 공정; 및
ⅱ) 상기 ⅰ)에서 얻어진 디아민을 디카르복실산과 중축합시키는 공정을 포함하는 폴리아미드의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 디아민염을 함유한 수용액의 디아민염과 알카리성 물질이 이하의 (a) 또는 (b)의 조합이고,
상기 디아민이 하기 화학식(1)로 나타내어지는 디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드의 제조 방법.
(a) 디아민 황산염, 디아민 탄산염, 디아민 인산염, 디아민 디카르복실산염 또는 디아민 지방족 트리카르복실산염과 알카리성 물질의 조합
(b) 디아민염과 수산화칼슘, 수산화마그네슘 또는 수산화알루미늄의 조합

(식 중, n은 1~10의 정수를 나타낸다.) - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 디카르복실산이 아디프산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드의 제조 방법.
