Abstract
상기 과제는 콜로이달 실리카 (a)에, 글리시딜기, 비닐기 및 아미노기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 복수의 기를 갖는 오르가노알콕시실란 화합물 (b) 중 적어도 1종 이상을 수식시킨 무기 화합물 (A)와, 수용성 수지 (B)와, M2OㆍSiO2(여기서, M2O/SiO2의 질량비가 0.05∼0.3임)로 표시되는 비정질 실리카 (C)를 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수계 친수성 도료 조성물에 의해 해결된다.

Claims (6)
- 콜로이달 실리카 (a)에, 글리시딜기, 비닐기 및 아미노기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 복수의 기를 갖는 오르가노알콕시실란 화합물 (b) 중 적어도 1종 이상을 수식시킨 무기 화합물 (A)와,
수용성 수지 (B) (단, 폴리우레탄 수지는 제외함)와,
M2OㆍSiO2(여기서, M은 알칼리 금속이고, M2O/SiO2의 질량비가 0.05∼0.3임)로 표시되는 비정질 실리카 (C)를 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수계 친수성 도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물 (A)인 성분 (a)와 성분 (b)의 질량비 (a/b)가 0.25∼4인 것을 특징으로 하는, 수계 친수성 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물 (A)와 상기 수용성 수지 (B)의 질량비 (A/B)가 1.0∼9.0인 것을 특징으로 하는, 수계 친수성 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물 (A) 및 상기 수용성 수지 (B)의 합계와 상기 비정질 실리카 (C)의 질량비 (C/[A+B])가 0.05∼0.2인 것을 특징으로 하는, 수계 친수성 도료 조성물.
- 기재 표면에 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수계 친수성 도료 조성물을 도포 및 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 친수성 피막을 형성한 표면 처리재의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 친수성 피막을 형성한 표면 처리재.
