상기 편광 필름의 적어도 한쪽면에 접착제층을 통해 보호 필름을 접합하여 적층체를 형성하는 접합 공정과,
상기 적층체를 건조하는 제2 건조 공정을 순서대로 행하여 상기 적층체를 포함하는 편광판을 제조하는 제조 방법이며,
상기 제2 건조 공정 후의 상기 편광판 중 상기 편광 필름의 두께 Tb에 대한, 상기 제1 건조 공정 후이며 상기 접합 공정 전의 상기 편광 필름의 두께 Ta의 비 Ta/Tb가 1.02 내지 1.30인 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 건조 공정 후이며 상기 접합 공정 전의 상기 편광 필름의 폭 Wa에 대한, 상기 제2 건조 공정 후의 상기 편광판 중 상기 편광 필름의 폭 Wb의 비 Wb/Wa가 0.960 이상 1.000 미만인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 건조 공정 후이며 상기 접합 공정 전의 상기 편광 필름의 수분율이 12 내지 45%인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 건조 공정 후의 상기 편광판 중 상기 편광 필름의 붕소의 함유율이 2.5 내지 4.5중량%인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 건조 공정은, 상기 제1 건조 공정의 최고 건조 온도보다 높은 건조 온도에서 처리를 행하는 공정을 포함하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 건조 공정은, 공정 개시시의 건조 온도보다 높은 건조 온도에서 처리를 행하는 공정을 포함하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접합 공정 전에 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 필름의 양단부를 절단하여 제거하는 제거 공정을 더 갖는 편광판의 제조 방법.
