Abstract
또한, 제 1 유연성 기재; 및 기재의 적어도 하나의 면에 부착된 단열 코팅층을 포함하는 단열 플렉시블 시트를 제공할 수 있으며, 단열 플렉시블 시트는 단열 코팅층 위에 제 2 유연성 기재를 추가적으로 포함할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명에 따른 기능성 원단은 포어(pore)를 가진 실리카 입자를 사용함으로써 적은 사용량으로도 효과적인 단열 성능을 가질 수 있고 실리카 입자의 강도로 인하여 우수한 강도를 갖는다.
또한, 본 발명은 단열 플렉시블 시트와 기능성 원단의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (25)
- 기재 원단층; 및 상기 기재 원단층의 적어도 하나의 면에 부착된 단열 플렉시블 시트를 포함하는 기능성 원단으로서,
상기 단열 플렉시블 시트는 폴리우레탄계(PU), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU), 폴리라틱엑시드(PLA), 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 필름으로부터 선택되는 하나인 제 1 유연성 기재; 및
연질 수지와 중공 실리카 입자, 다공성 실리카 입자, 및 다공성 중공 실리카 입자로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 단열성 수지 조성물에 의해 형성되며 상기 제 1 유연성 기재의 적어도 하나의 면에 부착된 단열 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기재 원단층은 천연 섬유, 합성 섬유, 인조 섬유, 재생 섬유 및 기능성 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상 또는 이들의 혼합물로 제조된 원단인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단열 플렉시블 시트는 상기 단열 코팅층 위에 부착된 제 2 유연성 기재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 원단은 기능성 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연질 수지는 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리라틱엑시드(PLA), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 연질 발포 수지로부터 선택되는 하나 이상 또는 이들의 혼합물로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단열 코팅층 내 실리카 입자의 충진율이 1 ~ 80 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 원단.

상기 단열 코팅층은 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리라틱엑시드(PLA), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 연질 발포 수지로부터 선택되는 하나 이상 또는 이들의 혼합물인 연질 수지와 중공 실리카 입자, 다공성 실리카 입자, 및 다공성 중공 실리카 입자로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 입자를 포함하는 단열성 수지 조성물에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 플렉시블 시트. - 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 단열 코팅층 위에 부착된 제 2 유연성 기재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 플렉시블 시트.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 단열 플렉시블 시트는 기능성 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 플렉시블 시트.
- 제 11항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 플렉시블 시트는 두께가 0.1 ~ 1000 μm을 특징으로 하는 단열 플렉시블 시트.
- 제 11항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 플렉시블 시트는 열전도율이 0.1 W/m·K 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 플렉시블 시트.
