Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 상기 내식성 알루미늄 필름층의 우수한 빛의 방사성으로 복사열을 차단하여 단열효과를 나타내고, 통기성 필름에 의해 투습방수 기능을 가질 수 있으며, 니들펀칭 부직포층에 다량의 공기가 함유되어 보온성이 우수하고 니들펀칭 부직포 내부에 포함된 아라미드 섬유에 의해 우수한 난연효과를 가지는 하우스 랩을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 시스-코어 섬유로 이루어진 부직포층; 통기성 합성수지 필름층; 니들펀칭 복합 부직포층; 및, 폴리에틸렌계, 폴리프로필렌계 및 폴리우레탄계 고분자 중에서 선택된 것으로 이루어진 두께 5 ~ 30 ㎛의 고분자 필름이 일면 또는 양면에 도트(dot) 방식 열접착 또는 접착제에 의하여 코팅되고 전면적에 걸쳐 니들펀칭에 의한 미세 기공이 형성된 내식성 알루미늄 필름층이 순차적으로 적층되고 핫-멜트 라미네이팅(hot-melt laminating)에 의하여 합지된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 하우스 랩(house wrap).
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 시스-코어 섬유로 이루어진 부직포층은,
폴리에틸렌 필라멘트를 시스로 하고 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트를 코어로 하는 시스-코어 섬유로 이루어진 것으로, 스펀본드 부직포, 멜트 브로운 부직포 또는 스펀본드와 멜트 브로운 복합부직포로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 하우스 랩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 시스-코어 섬유로 이루어진 부직포층은 중량이 10 ~ 80g/㎡ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 하우스 랩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 통기성 합성수지 필름층은, 폴리우레탄계, 폴리에스터계, 및 폴리에틸렌계 중에서 선택된 합성수지 30 ~ 90 중량%와, 인계 방염제, 할로겐계 방염제 또는 이들의 혼합물 10 ~ 70 중량%로 이루어진 것으로, 두께가 8 ~ 30 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 하우스 랩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 니들펀칭 복합 부직포층은
아라미드 섬유 10 ~ 50 중량%와, 폴리에틸렌계 섬유, 폴리에틸렌계 중공사, 폴리프로필렌계 섬유, 폴리에스터계 섬유, 폴리에스터계 중공사, 유리섬유, 및 무기섬유 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 섬유 50 ~ 90 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 하우스 랩.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 핫-멜트 라미네이팅(hot-melt laminating)은 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리에스터계 중에서 선택된 접착제를 사용하고, 접착온도는 70 ~ 130℃에서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 하우스 랩.
- 폴리에틸렌 필라멘트로 이루어진 시스와 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트로 이루어진 코어를 가지는 복합방사 섬유로 웹을 형성하여 스펀본드, 멜트 브로운 또는 스펀본드와 멜트 브로운 복합 부직포를 제조하는 시스-코어 섬유로 이루어진 부직포 제조단계;
폴리우레탄계, 폴리에스터계, 및 폴리에틸렌계 중에서 선택된 합성수지 30 ~ 90 중량%와, 인계 방염제, 할로겐계 방염제 또는 이들의 혼합물 10 ~ 70 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 조성물을 용제 및 첨가제와 혼합하고 폴리프로필렌 필름이 코팅된 이형지(Release paper)위에 콤마 나이프코터(comma knife coater)로 두께 8 ~ 30 ㎛가 되도록 캐스트 한 후 열처리하는 통기성 필름층 제조단계;
아라미드 섬유 10 ~ 50 중량%와, 폴리에틸렌계 섬유, 폴리에틸렌계 중공사, 폴리프로필렌계 섬유, 폴리에스터계 섬유, 폴리에스터계 중공사, 유리섬유, 및 무기섬유 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 섬유 50 ~ 90 중량% 를 포함하는 혼합 섬유를 5,000 ~ 8,000본/m 으로 니들펀칭하여 니들펀칭 복합부직포 제조단계;
2 ~ 25 ㎛ 의 알루미늄 막의 양면에 두께 5 ~ 30 ㎛인 고분자 필름을 70 ~ 150℃의 온도와 10 ~ 60 kgf/cm2 압력의 도트(dot) 방식으로 합지하여 내식성 알루미늄 필름층을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기에서 제조된 시스-코어 섬유로 이루어진 부직포층, 통기성 필름층, 니들펀칭 복합부직포층 및 내식성 알루미늄 필름층 순서로 적층하고 핫-멜트 라미네이팅 또는 접착제를 사용하여 합지하는 하우스랩 제조단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 하우스 랩 제조방법.
