Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명은 기존의 부직포에 사용되던 종이와 합성고무접착제를 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름과 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체(EVA) 접착제로 대체하여, 불쾌한 냄새가 발생하지 않고, 유해 물질이 방출되지 않는 효과가 있다.
또한, 값 비싼 크라프트지를 값싼 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 대체하여 부직포 제작 원가를 절감하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 이형지를 부착 후 제거해야하는 불필요한 공정이 요구되지 않아 공정을 간소화하고 냉장고 도어의 제작시간을 단축시키는 효과가 있다.

- 폴리에틸렌 필름층 하면에 80 ℃ 내지 110 ℃의 융점을 가지는 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체 필름을 열접착하여 제1층을 제조하는 단계;
부직포층의 하면에 80 ℃ 내지 110 ℃의 융점을 가지는 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체 필름을 니들펀칭으로 결합하여 제2층을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제1층의 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체 필름 하면에 상기 제2층의 부직포층을 적층시키고 열접착하는 단계;를 포함하는 부직포 적층시트의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 필름층은 15 내지 20 ㎛의 두께를 가지고,
상기 부직포층은 3 내지 5 mm의 두께를 가지고,
상기 니들펀칭의 펀칭밀도는 400 내지 500 회/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 적층시트의 제조방법. - 폴리에틸렌 필름층 하면에 80 ℃ 내지 110 ℃의 융점을 가지는 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체 필름을 열접착하여 제1층을 제조하는 단계;
부직포층의 하면에 80 ℃ 내지 110 ℃의 융점을 가지는 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체 필름을 니들펀칭으로 결합하여 제2층을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제1층의 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체 필름 하면에 상기 제2층의 부직포층을 적층시키고 열접착하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조된 부직포 적층시트의 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체 필름이 노출된 면을 냉장고용 도어외판의 내부면과 열접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 냉장고용 도어외판의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 필름층은 15 내지 20 ㎛의 두께를 가지고,
상기 부직포층은 3 내지 5 mm의 두께를 가지고,
상기 니들펀칭의 펀칭밀도는 400 내지 500 회/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 도어외판의 제조방법.
