Claims (11)
- 전기 기기에 전력을 공급하기 위한 접속 장치로서,
상기 접속 장치는,
- 전력 공급부에 전기적으로 연결되도록 구성된 제 1 전도체(3)로서, 상기 제 1 전도체(3)는 상기 제 1 전도체(3)의 종축에 대해 수직으로 연장하고 연결면(19)을 갖는 연결 플랜지(13)를 포함하는, 상기 제 1 전도체(3), 및
- 상기 제 1 전도체(3)에 기계적 및 전기적으로 연결되며, 전력을 공급받을 전기 기기에 전기적으로 연결되도록 구성된 제 2 전도체(5)로서, 상기 제 1 전도체(3)의 상기 연결면(19)은 상기 제 2 전도체(5)에 마련된 대응 연결면(19')과 맞닿는, 상기 제 2 전도체(5)를 포함하는, 접속 장치에 있어서,
상기 접속 장치는 상기 제 1 전도체(3) 및 상기 제 2 전도체(5)를 이들의 접속 레벨에서 둘러싸는 전기 절연성 기계적 보유 오버몰딩(electrically insulative mechanical retention overmolding)(7)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
접속 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 오버몰딩(7)은 경질 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는
접속 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전도체(3, 5)는 상기 오버몰딩(7)에 의해 채워진 적어도 하나의 평행이동 차단 캐비티를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 적어도 하나의 평행이동 차단 캐비티는 주위 홈(peripheral groove)(15)인 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 제 2 전도체(5)는 상기 제 1 전도체(3)의 상보적 단부(9)를 수용하는 개구부(17)를 포함하는 금속 플레이트(5)의 형태로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 제 1 전도체(3)는 실질적으로 원통형의 전체 형상(general shape)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 제 2 전도체(5)는 상기 오버몰딩(7)에 의해 채워지는 사전결정된(predetermined) 개수의 회전 차단 오리피스(21)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는
접속 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 회전 차단 오리피스(21)는 실질적으로 장타원형(oblong)의 전체 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는
접속 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전력을 공급받을 전기 기기는 자동차용 전열 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는
접속 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 오버몰딩(7)은 상기 전열 장치의 250℃ 내지 260℃의 동작 온도에 견디도록 구성된 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는
접속 장치.
