Claims (8)
- (i) 화학식 II의 에틸 2-클로로아세토아세테이트와 화학식 III의 암모늄 디티오카바메이트를 실온에서 반응시키고, 반응 생성물에 헥산과 물을 가하여 결정화를 수행하여 화학식 IV의 에틸 4-메틸-2-티옥소-2,3-디히드로-1,3-티아졸-5-카복실레이트를 수득하는 단계; 및
(ii) 상기 화학식 IV의 에틸 4-메틸-2-티옥소-2,3-디히드로-1,3-티아졸-5-카복실레이트를 추가 정제 과정 없이 초산 용매에서 0 내지 5℃의 온도로 탈황 반응시킨 후, 반응 생성물을 중화시키고, 정제수를 가하여 25℃ 이하로 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는, 화학식 I의 에틸-4-메틸-5-티아졸카복실레이트의 제조방법:
