Claims (23)
- 정극과, 부극과, 전해질을 포함하는 박막 전지와,
시각적으로 상기 박막 전지의 상태를 확인하기 위한 잔량 표시부와,
상기 전해질은 식 (1) 또는 식 (2)로 평균 조성이 표시되는 리튬 이온 전도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드.

(식 중, M1은 알루미늄(Al), 스칸듐(Sc), 인듐(In), 철(Fe), 크롬(Cr), 갈륨(Ga), 이트륨(Y), 및 란탄(La)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 나타낸다. x의 값은, 0≤x≤2.0의 범위 내이다)

(식 중, M2는 아연(Zn), 규소(S), 망간(Mn), 게르마늄(Ge), 네오디뮴(Nd), 스트론튬(Sr), 및 바나듐(V)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 나타내고, M2의 가수는 2가이다. x의 값은, 0≤x≤2.0의 범위 내이다) - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 박막 전지는, 전(全) 고체 2차 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 박막 전지는 태양 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 박막 전지는 직렬 및/또는 병렬로 복수 적층됨과 함께 접속되고,
상기 복수 적층된 박막 전지의 적어도 하나는 박막 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 박막 전지를 외부 전원에 접속하기 위한 접속 단자를 구비하고,
상기 외부 전원으로부터의 박막 전지의 충전을 제어하기 위한 제어부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 박막 전지의 충전 및 방전을 위한 제어 프로그램을 동작시키는 것을 특징으로하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
전자 유도에 의해 전력을 유기하기 위한 안테나코일을 더 구비하고,
상기 박막 전지는 상기 안테나 코일에 의해 유도되는 전력을 저장하기 위한 안테나 코일에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
태양전지를 더 구비하고,
상기 박막 전지는 상기 태양전지에 의해 충전된 전력을 보존하기 위해 태양전지에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 태양 전지로부터 박막 전지의 충전을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
표시부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 표시부는 태양전지 또는 안테나 코일로부터의 전력에 의해 전원이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 표시부는 플렉시블성인 것을 특징을 하는 IC 카드. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 표시부를 구동하기 위한 버튼을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 표시부에 표시되는 정보를 기억하는 기억부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
기재를 더 구비하며,
상기 기재는 필름, 시트 또는 판의 형태 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 기재의 재료는 PEN(폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트), PET(폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트), PI(폴리이미드), 폴리에스테르 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징을 하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
IC 카드의 전면과 후면을 형성하는 외장재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징을 하는 IC 카드. - 제 18항에 있어서,
상기 외장재의 재료는, PET(폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트), PBT(폴리부틸테레프탈레이트), PEG(폴리에틸렌글리콜), 배향 PET 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징을 하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 정극과 부극 사이에 전해질을 구비하는 것을 특징을 하는 IC 카드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 정극 및 상기 부극은 적어도 투명 도전체를 성분으로 하는 집전체를 포함하는 것을 특징을 하는 IC 카드. - 제 21항에 있어서,
상기 투명 도전체는, 인듐과 주석의 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 안테나 코일로부터 박막 전지의 충전을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드.
