- 적층형 액티브 RFID 태그에 있어서,상부 라벨 표면층;하부 라벨 표면층;상기 상부 및 하부 라벨 표면층 사이에 위치되는 RFID 칩;상기 상부 및 하부 라벨 표면층 사이에 위치되며, 상기 RFID 칩과 전기적으로 연결되는 적층형 안테나; 및상기 적층형 안테나에 전기적으로 연결되는 초박형 2차 전지를 포함하고,상기 적층형 안테나는 복수개의 코일이 적층되어 형성되며,상기 초박형 2차 전지가 상기 적층형 액티브 RFID 태그의 외부에 위치한 접촉 장치와 착탈 가능한 박막 카트리지 형상으로 구성되어, 상기 초박형 2차 전지가 방전된 경우 외부 충전장치와 직접 착탈 방식으로 충전이 이루어질 수 있는적층형 액티브 RFID 태그.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 적층형 안테나는 2 내지 5개의 코일이 적층되어 형성되는 적층형 액티브 RFID 태그.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서,상기 초박형 2차 전지는 LIPB(리튬폴리머전지)인 적층형 액티브 RFID 태그.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서,상기 초박형 2차 전지는 소정 부분에 상기 외부 충전장치와 직접 연결 가능한 전극을 구비하여, 상기 초박형 2차 전지가 방전된 경우 상기 초박형 2차 전지의 소정의 접촉 장치와 착탈함이 없이 상기 외부 충전장치와 직접 연결되거나 또는 연결 잭(jack)을 통해 연결되어 충전이 이루어지는 적층형 액티브 RFID 태그.
