Description
도 2는 비균등 배기량 엔진의 동적 특성을 도시하고 있는 그래프이고,
도 3은 비균등 배기량 엔진에서 출력되는 토크를 보조하는 모터 토크 제어를 도시한 것이고,
도 4a 내지 도 4d는 본 발명의 바람직한 구현예에 따른 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템의 제어 방법을 각각 도시한 것이고,
도 5a 및 도 5b는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템의 노말 제어와 보상 제어 방식을 각각 주파수 도메인에서 해석한 그래프이다.

Claims (12)
- 복수의 실린더로 구성되고, 상기 실린더는 적어도 2종류의 다른 배기량의 실린더로 구성되는 비균등 배기량 엔진;
엔진의 구동축에 동력절환부에 의하여 연결되는 모터;
상기 모터에 전기에너지를 공급하는 배터리;
상기 모터를 제어하는 모터제어부;를 포함하며,
상기 모터제어부는 서로 다른 배기량의 실린더로 인한 토크 차이를 보상하여, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합인 총 토크가 일정하도록 모터를 제어하고, 상기 모터의 동력 보조량 및 에너지 회생량을 다르게 설정함으로써 서로 다른 총 토크를 갖는 적어도 2 이상의 다른 제어 모드를 가지며,
상기 모터제어부에서는 상기 2 이상의 다른 제어 모드에 의해 배기량 가변 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 동일한 배기량의 실린더 2개가 한 조를 이루는 2조의 실린더들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 1, 4번 실린더는 2, 3번 실린더에 비하여 고 배기량 실린더로 구성되며, 각 조의 실린더는 교대로 폭발하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고,
상기 모터 제어부는 고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어함으로써, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합이 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 모드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고,
상기 모터 제어부는 고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터를 구동시키지 않고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어함으로써, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합이 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 모드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고,
상기 모터 제어부는 고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터가 구동되지 않도록 제어함으로써, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합이 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 모드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고, 상기 모터 제어부는 적어도 서로 다른 3가지 제어 모드에 의하여 모터를 제어하도록 구성되고,
상기 제어 모드는,
고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하는 제1모드와;
고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터를 구동시키지 않고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하는 제2모드와;
고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터가 구동되지 않도록 제어하는 제3모드;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 시스템.
- 복수의 실린더로 구성되고, 상기 실린더는 적어도 2종류의 다른 배기량의 실린더로 구성되는 비균등 배기량 엔진; 및 엔진의 구동축에 동력절환부에 의하여 연결되는 모터 및 상기 모터를 제어하는 모터제어부;를 포함하는 시스템의 제어 방법으로,
(a) 비균등 배기량 엔진을 구동시키는 단계와;
(b) 엔진 토크에 따라 모터 토크를 결정하는 단계; 및
(c) 결정된 모터 토크에 따라 모터를 제어하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 모터제어부에서는, 서로 다른 배기량의 실린더로 인한 토크 차이를 보상하여, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합인 총 토크가 일정하도록 모터를 제어하고, 상기 모터의 동력 보조량 및 에너지 회생량을 다르게 설정함으로써 서로 다른 총 토크를 갖는 적어도 2 이상의 다른 제어 모드를 가지며,
상기 모터제어부에서는 상기 2 이상의 다른 제어 모드에 의해 배기량 가변 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고,
상기 (b)단계에서는 고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어함으로써, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합이 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 모드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고,
상기 (b)단계에서는 고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터를 구동시키지 않고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어함으로써, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합이 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 모드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고,
상기 (b)단계에서는 고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터가 구동되지 않도록 제어함으로써, 각 실린더의 폭발 구간에서 엔진 토크와 모터 토크의 합이 일정하게 유지되도록 제어하는 모드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 비균등 배기량 엔진은 2종류의 다른 배기량을 갖는 실린더로 구성되고, 상기 (b)단계에서는 적어도 서로 다른 3가지 제어 모드를 포함하는 그룹 중 선택된 어느 하나의 제어 모드에 의하여 모터를 제어하도록 구성되고,
상기 제어 모드의 그룹은,
고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하는 제1모드와;
고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터를 구동시키지 않고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터 토크에 의하여 동력 보조가 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하는 제2모드와;
고 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 회생 제동이 이루어지도록 모터를 제어하고, 저 배기량 실린더의 폭발 구간에서는 모터가 구동되지 않도록 제어하는 제3모드;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터에 의하여 동력 보조되는 비균등 배기량 엔진 제어 방법.
