Claims (33)
- 절삭 인서트(20)이며,
대향하는 상단부(22) 및 하단부(24)와, 그 사이에 연장되는 적어도 제1 측면(26A) 및 제2 측면(26B),
제1 측면(26A) 및 제2 측면(26B)과 상단부(22)의 교차부(56)에 형성되는 코너 절삭 에지(54)를 포함하는 제1 인서트 코너(44A),
교차부(56)를 따라 연장되는 랜드(58), 칩 배출 표면(64) 및 랜드(58)와 칩 배출 표면(64) 사이에 연장되는 칩 편향 표면(66)을 포함하고, 랜드(58), 칩 배출 표면(64) 및 칩 편향 표면(66)은 모두 상단부(22)에 배치되고,
제1 인서트 코너(44A)에 있는 칩 제어 구성(60)을 포함하고,
칩 제어 구성(60)은, 세장형이고 교차부(56)에 인접하여 상단부(22) 상에 배치되고 제1 인서트 코너(44A)로부터 인접한 인서트 코너(44D)를 향하는 방향으로 종방향으로 연장되는 제1 돌출부(28, 128)를 포함하고,
제1 돌출부(28)는 칩 편향 표면(66)에 위치하고,
제1 돌출부(28)는 제1 코너(44A)의 제2 측면(26B)으로부터 제1 측면(26A)의 중점(P)까지의 거리의 처음 1/3 내에 완전히 위치하고,
