Abstract
에폭시드 수지 및 아민 경화제를 포함하는 상기 시약 쌍의 사용은 이력 현상을 현저히 열화시키지 않고서 통상적인 고무 조성물에 비해 낮은 변형에 더 높은 강성도를 가지는 고무 조성물을 얻을 수 있게 한다. 게다가, 메틸렌-공여체 HMT 또는 H3M과 메틸렌-수용체 페놀 수지의 조합은 고무 조성물의 가황 동안 포름알데히드를 생성하는데, 화합물의 환경적 영향 때문에 고무 조성물에서 포름알데히드를 감소시키거나 또는 심지어 결국 억압하는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (13)
- 적어도
- 하나의 디엔 엘라스토머;
- 하나의 강화 충전제
- 하나의 가교 시스템;
- 1과 20 phr 사이의 에폭시드 수지;
- 1과 15 phr 사이의 아민-함유 경화제를 기초로 하며,
상기 아민-함유 경화제가 p-크실릴렌디아민, 1,3-비스(아미노메틸)시클로헥산, 1,8-디아미노옥탄, 3,3'-디아미노벤지딘 및 이들 화합물의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머가 천연 고무, 합성 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 부타디엔 공중합체, 이소프렌 공중합체 및 이들 엘라스토머의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시드 수지의 함량이 1과 15 phr 사이인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강화 충전제가 카본 블랙, 실리카 또는 카본 블랙과 실리카의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강화 충전제의 양이 20과 200 phr 사이인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 고무 조성물을 포함하는 타이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 고무 조성물을 포함하는 가공 또는 반가공된 고무 물품.
- - 첫 번째 단계 ("비생성" 단계) 동안 디엔 엘라스토머에 강화 충전제, 1과 20 phr 사이의 에폭시드 수지 및 1과 15 phr 사이의 아민-함유 경화제를 혼입하고, 모두를 110 ℃와 190 ℃ 사이의 최대 온도에 도달할 때까지 열기계적으로 혼련하는 단계;
- 100 ℃ 미만의 온도로 배합 혼합물을 냉각하는 단계;
- 이어서 두 번째 단계 동안 ("생성" 단계) 가교 시스템을 혼입하는 단계;
- 110 ℃ 미만의 최대 온도까지 모두를 혼련하는 단계
