Abstract
본 발명의 비수 전해액 이차 전지용 적층 세퍼레이터는, 다공질 필름과, 다공질층을 구비하는 적층 다공질 필름이며, 상기 적층 다공질 필름의 관통 강도(Sp) 및 상기 다공질층을 제거한 후의 관통 강도(S)가, 하기 식 (1) 및 (2)를 만족시킨다.
식 (1): 2≤Sp-S≤25
식 (2): 300≤S≤400

Claims (5)
- 폴리올레핀 성분을 다공질 필름 전체의 체적에 대해 80체적% 이상 포함하는 다공질 필름과, 수지를 포함하는 다공질층을 구비하는 적층 다공질 필름이며,
상기 다공질 필름의 막 두께가 5㎛ 이상 20㎛ 이하이고,
상기 적층 다공질 필름의 막 두께가 6㎛ 이상 25㎛ 이하이고,
상기 적층 다공질 필름의 걸리값이 250sec/100mL 이하이고,
상기 적층 다공질 필름의 관통 강도 및 상기 적층 다공질 필름으로부터 상기 다공질층을 제거한 후의 상기 다공질 필름의 관통 강도가, 하기 식 (1) 및 (2)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지용 적층 세퍼레이터.
식 (1): 2gf≤Sp-S≤25gf
식 (2): 300gf≤S≤400gf
(여기서, S는 적층 다공질 필름의 관통 강도를 나타내고, Sp는 상기 적층 다공질 필름으로부터 다공질층을 제거한 후에 남은 다공질 필름의 관통 강도를 나타냄.) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공질층이 필러를 더 포함하고 있고,
상기 필러 및 상기 수지의 총량에서 차지하는 상기 필러의 비율이 50질량% 이상 99질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지용 적층 세퍼레이터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 필름의 막 두께가 6㎛ 이상 14㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지용 적층 세퍼레이터.
- 정극과, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 비수 전해액 이차 전지용 적층 세퍼레이터와, 부극이 이 순서로 배치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지용 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 비수 전해액 이차 전지용 적층 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
