Claims (10)
- 생분해성 수지 조성물로 압출 및 냉각하여 제조되는 백색도가 향상된 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지 조성물은 (A) 결정을 가지는 생분해성 수지 70~99중량%; 및 (B) 비결정성 수지 1~30중량%를 포함하며,
상기 필라멘트는 색차계를 사용한 백색도 평가(ASTM E 313) 시 W.I.(whiteness index)가 35.0 이상이고, L*(color L) 값이 70 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 결정을 가지는 생분해성 수지는 지방족 2가 산, 방향족 2가 산 또는 이들의 혼합물과 디올 화합물의 축중합으로 제조된 결정을 가지는 생분해성 폴리에스테르 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 폴리에스테르 수지는 PLA(poly lactic acid), PBS(polybutylene succinate), PBAT(Polybutlylene adipate-co-terephthalate), PBAST(poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene succinate-co-butylene terephthalate)), PBGT(polybutylene glutarate-co-terephthalate) 및 PHB(polyhydroxybutyrate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 PLA는 폴리-L-유산(PLLA), 폴리-D-유산(PDLA), 스테레오 콤플렉스 폴리유산(stereo complex PLA) 및 스테레오 블록 폴리유산(stereo block PLA)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 비결정성 수지는 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate), 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) 공중합체, 폴리스티렌(polystyrene), 스티렌 아크릴로니트릴(styrene acrylonitrile) 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) 공중합체, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(polymethyl methacrylate), 폴리설폰(polysulfone) 및 폴리에테르설폰(polyethersulfone)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 결정을 가지는 생분해성 수지 및 상기 (B) 비결정성 수지 사이에 마이크로상 분리구조 형성을 위한 블록 공중합체 또는 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 상용화제를 상기 (A) 결정을 가지는 생분해성 수지 및 상기 (B) 비결정성 수지 총 100중량부에 대하여 0.5~10중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 블록 공중합체는 스티렌-에틸렌/부틸렌/스티렌(SEBS) 블록 공중합체, 스티렌-에틸렌/프로필렌-스티렌(SEPS) 블록 공중합체, 메타크릴계 블록 공중합체, 폴리카프로락톤 폴리에스터 공중합체, 폴리카프로락톤 폴리에스터/폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜) 블록 폴리올 공중합체 및 메타크릴레이트 폴리스티렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 그라프트 공중합체는 폴리프로필렌-무수말레산 그라프트 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌-무수말레산 그라프트 공중합체 및 폴리에틸렌-글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트 그라프트 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트. - 삭제
