도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 5, 비교예 1, 2에 따라 제조된 펠렛에 대하여 광-각 X-선 회절 분석(WAXD analysis) 결과를 나타낸 그래프,
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 5, 비교예 1, 2에 따라 제조된 펠렛에 대하여 등온 결정화 온도별 측정 결과를 비교하여 나타낸 그래프,
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 5, 비교예 1, 2에 따라 제조된 펠렛에 대하여 등온 결정화 온도 140℃에서의 L형 폴리유산 수지의 구결정 성장율(spherulite growth rate)을 보여주는 편광 현미경 사진,
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 5, 비교예 1, 2에 따라 제조된 펠렛에 대하여 L형 폴리유산 수지의 구결정 크기(반경) 변화를 나타낸 그래프,
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 5, 비교예 1에 따라 제조된 펠렛에 대하여 L형 폴리유산 수지의 구결정 성장율을 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (8)
- (A) L형 폴리유산 수지 및 (B) D형 폴리유산 수지를 이용하여 비(非)용액중합을 통해 제조되는 폴리유산 수지 조성물을 가공하는 방법으로,
상기 폴리유산 수지 조성물에서 상기 (A) L형 폴리유산 수지 및 상기 (B) D형 폴리유산 수지의 용융블렌딩으로 생성된 스테레오 콤플렉스 폴리유산이 단일 성분인 상기 L형 폴리유산 수지에 대한 핵제로 작용하도록 하기 위해, 상기 (A) L형 폴리유산 수지 90~99중량부와 중량평균분자량이 20,000~100,000인 (B) D형 폴리유산 수지 1~10중량부를 혼합 및 170~210℃에서 용융압출하여 상기 폴리유산 수지 조성물을 제조하고,
상기 제조된 폴리유산 수지 조성물을 승온시켜 상기 단일 성분인 (A) L형 폴리유산 수지는 용융된 상태로 존재하고, 상기 스테레오 콤플렉스 폴리유산은 미용융된 상태로 존재하도록 한 후 상기 폴리유산 수지 조성물을 급냉시켜 100~140℃의 등온 결정화 온도로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) L형 폴리유산 수지는 L-이성질체 유산으로부터 유도된 반복단위를 95~100중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) D형 폴리유산 수지는 D-이성질체 유산으로부터 유도된 반복단위를 95~100중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 삭제
