Claims (10)
- 마이크로 드릴에 있어서,
드릴 바디 및 드릴 바디 일단에 형성되는 드릴 팁이 포함되고, 드릴 바디의 표면에는 하나 또는 다수의 나선형의 칩 플루트가 둥그렇게 형성되며, 칩 플루트에는 긴 칩 플루트, 짧은 칩 플루트 및 다수의 연통 플루트들이 포함되고, 긴 칩 플루트와 짧은 칩 플루트는 이격되게 배치되고 또한 동일한 나선각을 가지며, 긴 칩 플루트와 짧은 칩 플루트는 연통 플루트를 통하여 연통되고, 상기 연통 플루트는 상기 드릴 바디의 상기 표면에 형성된 오목한 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 드릴 팁 상에는 커팅 날이 구비되고, 상기 커팅 날에는 상기 드릴 바디를 따라 축심 대칭되는 두 메인 커팅 날, 두 메인 칼면, 두 보조 칼면이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 긴 칩 플루트는 상기 드릴 팁의 위치에서 상기 드릴 바디의 말단까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 짧은 칩 플루트는 상기 드릴 바디의 앞 구간에 구비되고, 상기 짧은 칩 플루트는 상기 드릴 팁의 위치에서 상기 드릴 바디의 앞 구간의 말단까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 짧은 칩 플루트의 상기 긴 칩 플루트에서의 길이는 70%보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연통 플루트는 상기 짧은 칩 플루트와 상기 긴 칩 플루트 사이의 랜드 위치에서 시작되고, 상기 긴 칩 플루트와 함께 연장되며, 상기 긴 칩 플루트의 플루트 말단에서 종료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 긴 칩 플루트와 상기 짧은 칩 플루트의 플루트 말단 사이의 랜드 위치의 연통 플루트의 나선각은 상기 긴 칩 플루트, 상기 짧은 칩 플루트의 나선각보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 긴 칩 플루트와 상기 짧은 칩 플루트의 플루트 말단의 폭 위치의 연통 플루트의 나선각은 상기 긴 칩 플루트와 상기 짧은 칩 플루트의 나선각보다 모두 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 드릴. - 삭제
