Claims (9)
- 바인더 수지와 혼합하여 얻어지는 도공액을 도공함으로써 도전성의 도막을 얻기 위해 사용되는 도전성 카본 블랙을 비이온성 분산제에 의해 극성 분산 매체중에 분산시킨 극성 분산액 조성물로서,
도전성 카본 블랙의 DBP 흡유량이 300 내지 600㎖/100g이고,
비이온성 분산제가, 하기 모노머(a)와 (b)의 공중합체이고, (a)와 (b)의 몰비가 5/95 내지 95/5이고, 중량평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 1,000,000이고, 상기 극성 분산 매체중에서의 담점이 30℃ 이상으로서 상기 극성 분산 매체의 표준 비등점 이하이고,
(a) 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위를 구성 단위로 하는 1종류 이상
(b) 하기 식(1)으로 표시되는 (메타)아크릴산 알킬에스테르의 에틸렌옥사이드 부가물
[화학식 1]
(식중, R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고, R2은 탄소수 1 내지 30의 포화 또는 불포화의 직쇄 또는 분기쇄의 지방족 탄화 수소기이고, n은 평균 부가 몰수이고, 5 내지 50의 수를 나타낸다)
극성 분산액 조성물 100질량부중에 상기 도전성 카본 블랙을 0.5 내지 30질량부, 비이온성 분산제를 0.1 내지 30질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 극성 분산액 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 비이온성 분산제가, (a) 스티렌과, (b) 식(1)중 R1이 메틸기이고, R2가 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄 또는 분기쇄의 지방족 탄화 수소기인 화합물과의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 분산액 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
극성 분산 매체가, 물을 80중량% 이상 함유하는 수성 분산 매체이고, 비이온성 분산제의 수중에서의 담점이 30 내지 100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 분산액 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
카본 블랙이, 200 내지 1600㎡/g의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 분산액 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
카본 블랙이 케첸블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 분산액 조성물. - 삭제

- DBP 흡유량이 300 내지 600㎖/100g인 도전성 카본 블랙을, 비이온성 분산제에 의해 극성 분산 매체중에 분산시킨 극성 분산액 조성물의 도공물의 제조 방법으로서,
(I) 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 극성 분산액 조성물과 바인더 수지를 혼합하여 도공액을 얻는 공정과,
(Ⅱ) 도공액을 피도공물에 도공하는 공정과,
(Ⅲ) 도공한 피도공물을 건조하여 도막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 공정(Ⅲ)의 도막 형성시에 있어서, 피도공물상의 도공액의 온도가, 그 도공액에 포함되는 비이온성 분산제의 상기 극성 분산 매체중에서의 담점보다도 높은 온도로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조 방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
공정(Ⅱ)에서, 공정(I)에서 얻어진 도공액을, 그 도공액에 포함되는 비이온성 분산제의 담점보다도 높은 온도로 가열한 도공액을 도공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
