Claims (17)
- 가솔린에 함유되어 있는 불포화 화합물과의 반응에 의해 포화 경질 황 함유 화합물의 더 중질 화합물로의 전환(weighting)을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 다중불포화 화합물의 모노불포화 화합물로의 선택적 수소화 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 지지체 상에 침착되어 있는 1 이상의 VIII족 비귀금속 및 1 이상의 VIb족 금속을 함유하는 촉매를 사용하고,· VIb족 원소의 산화물 함량이 4 중량% 내지 20 중량% 범위이고,· VIII족 원소의 산화물 함량이 15 중량% 미만이고,· 상기 촉매의 금속 성분의 황화도가 80% 초과이고,· VIII족 비귀금속 및 VIb족 금속의 몰비가 1.0 내지 2.5 몰/몰 범위이고,· 촉매의 단위 표면적당 VIb족 원소의 밀도가 촉매 ㎡당 VIb족 원소의 산화물 7×10-4 g 미만이고,촉매 지지체가 순수 알루미나에 의해 구성되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 몰리브데늄 및 텅스텐으로부터 선택되는 VIb족 금속을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, VIb족 금속이 몰리브데늄인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 니켈, 코발트 및 철로부터 선택되는 VIII족 비귀금속을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, VIII족 비귀금속이 니켈인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매는 VIII족 원소의 산화물 함량이 1 중량% 내지 10 중량% 범위인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, VIII족 비귀금속과 VIb족 금속의 몰비가 1 내지 2 몰/몰인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매의 총 공극 부피가 0.3 ㎤/g 초과인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 촉매의 총 공극 부피가 0.4 ㎤/g 내지 1.4 ㎤/g 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매의 비표면적이 300 ㎡/g 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 입방형 감마 알루미나 또는 델타 알루미나에 의해 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 지지체의 공극 부피가 0.4 ㎤/g 내지 1.4 ㎤/g 범위인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 촉매 지지체의 공극 부피가 0.5 ㎤/g 내지 1.3 ㎤/g 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 80℃∼220℃ 범위의 온도에서 1∼10 h-1 범위의 시간당 액체 공간 속도 및 0.5 내지 5 MPa 범위의 압력에서 공급물을 촉매와 접촉시키는 것인 선택적 수소화 방법.
