Abstract
(a) 니켈 함유 담체를 몰리브데넘, 코발트, 및 담체의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 60 중량%의 글루콘산, 및 임의적으로 인으로 처리하는 단계,
(b) 임의적으로, 처리된 담체를 40 내지 200 ℃의 온도에서 건조시키는 단계; 및
(c) 처리되고 임의적으로 건조된 담체를 200 내지 650 ℃의 온도에서 하소시켜 하소시킨 처리된 담체를 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 모두 촉매의 총 건조 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 몰리브데넘, 0.5 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 코발트 및 0 내지 5 중량%의 인을 함유하는 수소화처리 촉매의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- (a) 알루미나 및 니켈 분말의 혼합물의 압출 및 이후의 건조 및 하소에 의해 형성된 니켈 함유 담체를 제공하는 단계;
(b) 상기 니켈 함유 담체를 세공 용적(pore volume) 함침에 의해 몰리브데넘, 코발트, 및 담체의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 60 중량%의 글루콘산, 및 인을 함유하는 용액으로 처리하는 단계이며, 상기 담체는 건조 담체의 총량에 대한 금속으로 계산하여 0.1 내지 5 중량%의 니켈을 함유하는 알루미나이고, 상기 글루콘산은 글루콘산 또는 글루콘산의 염 또는 상기 용액 내에서 글루콘산염을 형성하는 글루콘산의 에스터인 단계;
(c) 처리된 담체를 40 내지 200 ℃의 온도에서 건조시키는 단계; 및
(d) 처리되고 건조된 담체를 200 내지 650 ℃의 온도에서 하소시켜 하소시킨 처리된 담체를 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 모두 촉매의 총 건조 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 몰리브데넘, 0.5 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 코발트 및 0.1 내지 5 중량%의 인을 함유하는 수소화처리 촉매의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 담체의 총 건조 중량을 기준으로 글루콘산의 양이 2 내지 40 중량%인, 수소화처리 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매의 총 건조 중량을 기준으로 인의 양이 1.5 내지 3.5 중량%인, 수소화처리 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수소화처리 촉매가 알루미나 및 0.1 내지 5 중량%의 니켈로 구성된 담체 상에 1 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 코발트, 8 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 몰리브데넘 및 0.1 내지 5 중량%의 인으로 구성되고, 모든 금속은 촉매의 총 건조 중량 기준인 것인, 수소화처리 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하소 이전에 담체 상에 침전된 코발트 및 몰리브데넘의 총 중량에 대한 글루콘산의 중량 비가 0.1 내지 5인, 수소화처리 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (e) 하소시킨 처리된 담체를 황화시켜 수소화처리 촉매를 수득하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는, 수소화처리 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 탄화수소 공급원료를 1 내지 70 바의 수소 분압 및 200 내지 420 ℃의 온도에서 제6항에 따라 수득된 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 황-함유 탄화수소 공급원료를 수소화처리시키는 방법.
