Claims (12)

1. Способ изготовления катализатора гидроочистки, содержащего от 5 до 50 вес.% молибдена, от 0,5 до 20 вес.% никеля и от 0 до 5 вес.% фосфора относительно общего сухого веса катализатора, включающий:
(а) обработку подложки из оксида алюминия молибденом и никелем и от 1 до 60 вес.% глюконовой кислоты относительно веса подложки, и, необязательно, фосфором,
(b) необязательную сушку обработанной подложки при температуре от 40 до 200°С и
(с) обжиг обработанной и, необязательно, высушенной подложки при температуре от 200 до 650°С с получением обожженной обработанной подложки.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором количество глюконовой кислоты составляет от 2 до 40 вес.% относительно общего сухого веса подложки.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором количество фосфора составляет от 1,5 до 3,5 вес.% относительно общего сухого веса катализатора.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором катализатор гидроочистки состоит из подложки из оксида алюминия и от 1 до 15 вес.% никеля, от 8 до 40 вес.% молибдена и от 0,1 до 5 вес.% фосфора, где содержание всех металлов дано относительно общего сухого веса катализатора.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором подложка представляет собой гамма-оксид алюминия.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором отношение веса глюконовой кислоты к общему весу никеля и молибдена, нанесенных на подложку, составляет до обжига от 0,1 до 5.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающий
(d) сульфидирование обожженной обработанной подложки с получением катализатора гидроочистки.
8. Способ гидроочистки серосодержащего углеводородного сырья, включающий приведение углеводородного сырья при парциальном давлении водорода от 1 до 70 бар и температуре от 200 до 420°С в контакт с катализатором, полученным в соответствии с п.7.
