Claims (10)
- 삭제

- 내부에 삽입공간이 형성된 접속부재의 타측을 절곡시켜 걸림부를 형성하는 단계;
상기 접속부재의 외주면에 플랜지부재를 상기 걸림부에 접하도록 설치하는 단계; 및
상기 플랜지부재를 상기 걸림부에 접하도록 설치하는 단계 이후에 수행되며, 상기 접속부재의 상기 걸림부와 이격된 위치에 둘레 방향으로 돌출된 이탈방지부를 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 이탈방지부를 형성하는 단계는,
원형의 소성부재와, 상기 소성부재의 편심된 위치에 연결되어 회전축을 형성하는 회전바를 포함하는 소성용 공구를 이용하여, 상기 회전바를 축회전시키는 동시에 상기 접속부재의 내주면을 따라 원 궤적으로 이동시켜,
상기 회전바의 연결 지점과 가장 멀리 떨어진 소성부재의 둘레부가 반복적으로 상기 접속부재의 내주면을 타격함에 따라 상기 접속부재의 외주면이 외력에 의해 소성 변형되어 돌출되도록 하여 상기 이탈방지부를 형성하는 것으로 하는 배관 연결장치의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 걸림부를 형성하는 단계 이전에는,
상기 접속부재의 일부를 축관 및 확관하여 상기 삽입공간에 삽입되는 배관의 외경에 대응되는 내경을 가지는 삽입영역과, 상기 삽입영역의 내경보다 큰 내경을 가지는 확장영역을 형성하는 단계가 더 포함되는 배관 연결장치의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 걸림부를 형성하는 단계 및 상기 플랜지부재를 상기 걸림부에 접하도록 설치하는 단계 사이에는,
상기 삽입영역의 내주면에 함몰홈을 형성하는 단계가 더 포함되는 배관 연결장치의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 플랜지부재를 상기 걸림부에 접하도록 설치하는 단계 및 상기 이탈방지부를 형성하는 단계 사이에는,
상기 접속부재 외주면의 상기 플랜지부재에 대응되는 위치에 피팅부재를 설치하는 단계가 더 포함되는 배관 연결장치의 제조방법.
