Claims (20)
- 하우징(housing)을 포함하는 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2)로서,
상기 하우징은, 축방향으로 연장되고 적어도 하나의 부착 기하형태부(attachment geometry)를 구비한 벽 관통 영역(9)과, 정지부(stop; 8)를 구비하며, 상기 벽 관통 영역(9)은 지탱 섹션(bearing section; 11)을 포함하고,
상기 부착 기하형태부는 지탱 섹션(11)에서 상기 정지부(8)로부터 멀리 향하는 측에 배치되되, 상기 지탱 섹션(11)을 넘어 반경방향으로 돌출되고 상기 정지부(8)를 대면하는 후방 벽(back wall; 13)을 구비한 적어도 하나의 형상부(shaping; 12), 및 상기 형상부(12)에 대해 원주 방향으로 오프셋(offset)되어 있고 상기 후방 벽(13)을 넘어 축방향으로 상기 정지부(8)를 향해서 연장되며 반경방향으로 탄성변형가능한 적어도 하나의 돌출부(projection; 15)를 포함하는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 형상부(12)에는 원주방향으로 이격된 복수의 형상부들이 포함되고, 적어도 2개의 형상부들 사이에는 적어도 하나의 탄성변형가능한 돌출부(15)가 배치되는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지탱 섹션(11)은 원형의 단면을 가지는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 돌출부(15)는 상기 정지부(8)로부터 멀리 향하는 측에 편향 모따기부(deflector chamfer; 17)를 구비하는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 돌출부(15)는 부하를 받지 않는 상태(unloaded state)에서 적어도 형상부(12)만큼 반경방향으로 멀리 연장되는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 유체 채널(fluid channel; 22)의 개구(opening)를 둘러싸는 삽입 개구(insertion opening; 25)를 가지는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 삽입 개구(25)는 비틀림 접촉 표면(torsional contact surface; 26)을 가지는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 내측 부분(6)과 외측 부분(7)을 포함하고, 상기 내측 부분(6)은 유체 채널(22) 및 상기 유체 채널(22)을 위한 연결 기하형태부들(23, 24)을 포함하며, 상기 외측 부분(7)은 적어도 하나의 부착 기하형태부를 포함하는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 내측 부분(6) 및 외측 부분(7)은 잠금 연결부(locking connection; 18, 20)에 의하여 서로 연결되는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 내측 부분(6) 및 외측 부분(7)은 서로에 대해 회전불가능하게 연결되는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 정지부(8)는 상기 내측 부분(6)에 배치되어 있는, 유체 라인용 벽 관통 요소(2). - 제1항에 따른 벽 관통 요소(2); 및
상기 적어도 하나의 형상부(12)에 매칭(matching)되는 내측 윤곽부를 가진 관통 개구(pass-through opening; 4)를 구비한 벽(3);을 포함하는, 벽 관통 구조(1). - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 내측 윤곽부는 적어도 섹션별로(in sections) 원형 라인(circular line)을 따라 형성되고, 상기 원형 라인은 상기 지탱 섹션(11)의 직경에 매칭되는 직경을 가진, 벽 관통 구조. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 정지부(8)와 벽(3) 사이에 밀봉재(seal; 10)가 배치되어 있는, 벽 관통 구조. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 내측 윤곽부는 적어도 섹션별로, 상기 형상부들의 배치 및 형상에 대응되도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 요부(recess; 5)를 포함하는, 벽 관통 구조. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 형상부(12)는 상기 벽을 관통하도록 구성되는 한편, 상기 적어도 하나의 돌출부(15)의 적어도 일부분은 상기 내측 윤곽부와 접촉하는, 벽 관통 구조. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 내측 윤곽부가 지탱 영역(bearing region; 11)과 축방향으로 정렬되는 때에, 상기 벽 관통 요소(2)는 상기 적어도 하나의 돌출부(15)가 상기 적어도 하나의 요부(5) 안으로 탄성변형가능하게 삽입될 때까지 회전될 수 있는, 벽 관통 구조. - 벽에 있는 개구(opening)를 통하여 벽 관통 요소(2)를 삽입하는 방법으로서,
상기 벽 관통 요소(3)의 외측 윤곽부(outer contour)로부터 반경방향으로 연장된 형상부(12)들을 상기 벽(3)에 있는 개구(4)의 내측 윤곽부로부터 연장된 요부(5)들과 정렬시킴;
상기 내측 윤곽부가 벽 관통 요소(2)의 지탱 표면(bearing surface; 11)과 축방향으로 정렬되도록, 상기 요부(5)들을 통하여 상기 형상부(12)들 전체를 안내함; 및
적어도 두 개의 형상부(12) 사이에 배치된 적어도 하나의 돌출부(15)가 상기 요부(5)들 중 적어도 하나 안으로 탄성변형가능하게 맞물리게 될 때까지, 상기 지탱 표면(11)을 내측 윤곽부에 대해 회전시킴;을 포함하는, 벽 관통 요소(2)의 삽입 방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 벽 관통 요소(2)는 밀봉재(10)와 정지부(8)를 포함하고,
상기 방법은: 상기 내측 윤곽부가 상기 지탱 표면(11)과 축방향으로 정렬되는 때에, 상기 밀봉재(10)를 상기 정지부(8)를 통하여 상기 벽(3)의 내측 표면(inside surface)에 대해 가압시킴;을 더 포함하는, 벽 관통 요소의 삽입 방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 형상부(12)들이 상기 요부(5)들을 통해서 안내되는 때에, 상기 적어도 하나의 돌출부(15)는 상기 내측 윤곽부에 의해서 반경방향 내향으로 가압되는, 벽 관통 요소의 삽입 방법.
