Claims (20)
- a) 입구와 출구를 가진 그을음 필터,
b) 입구 상의 그을음 산화 구역으로서, 상기 그을음 산화 구역은 세륨 및 지르코늄의 혼합 산화물 및 복합 산화물 중 적어도 하나 상에 분산된 적어도 하나의 금속으로 구성된 그을음 산화 촉매 성분을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 금속은 W, Cr, Ce, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된, 입구 상의 그을음 산화 구역, 및
c) 출구 상에 SCR 촉매 성분을 포함하여 코팅된 SCR 구역으로서, 상기 SCR 촉매 성분은 V, Cr, Ce, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni 및 Cu로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하며, 상기 금속은 알루미노실리케이트 분자 시브, 실리코알루미노포스페이트 분자 시브, 알루미나 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 지지체 상에 배치된 SCR 구역
을 포함하는 배기 가스를 처리하기 위한 필터. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 그을음 산화 촉매 성분은 알루미나, 티타니아, 비-제올라이트 실리카-알루미나, 세리아, 지르코니아 및 이들 중 어느 둘 이상의 복합 산화물 또는 혼합 산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 불활성 산화물 상에 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그을음 산화 촉매 성분은 M:Cex02Zr1-x02의 식을 가지며, x = 0.1-0.9이고, M은 W, Cr, Ce, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, M은 W이고, x는 0.1 이상 0.5 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 금속은 그을음 산화 촉매 성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 20 wt%로 그을음 산화 촉매 성분에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그을음 산화 구역은 비-촉매 성분으로서 담체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그을음 산화 촉매 성분의 양은 0.1 내지 0.5 g/in3인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.

b) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항, 제 9 항 및 제 14 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배기 가스 처리용 필터;
를 포함하며, 상기 분사장치는 상기 필터의 상류에 유체 연통하여 배치된, 린번 배기 가스 중의 NOx를 처리하기 위한 시스템. - 삭제
- 제 16 항에 있어서,
c) 상기 필터의 하류에 배치된 제2 SCR 촉매 조성물로 코팅된 적어도 하나의 플로-스로 모노리스(flow-through monolith) 기판; 및
d) 상기 제2 SCR 촉매 조성물로 코팅된 상기 적어도 하나의 플로-스로 모노리스 기판의 하류에 배치된 암모니아 슬립 촉매
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
e) 상기 질소성 환원제 분사장치의 상류에 배치된 디젤 산화 촉매
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - a) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항, 제 9 항 및 제 14 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배기 가스 처리용 필터를 통해서 그을음, NOx 및 질소성 환원제를 포함하는 린번 배기 가스 스트림을 흘려보내는 단계;
b) 그을음 산화 구역에서 그을음의 적어도 일부를 산화시키는 단계; 및
c) SCR 촉매 구역에서 상기 NOx의 적어도 일부를 환원시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 린번 배기 가스를 처리하는 방법.
