Claims (37)
- 피하 또는 피내 주사용 단일상 (monophasic) 하이드로겔 형태의 삽입물에 있어서,하이드로겔은 단일한 균일상이고, 중량기준으로 0.5% 내지 5%의 히알루론산이 생리적으로 허용 가능한 유동성 담체에 포함되며,- 중량기준으로 50% 내지 95%의 히알루론산은 가교 겔 형태이며;- 중량기준으로 5% 내지 50%의 히알루론산은 자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 염 형태이고, 분자량은 500 내지 2800 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량기준으로 0.5% 내지 4%의 히알루론산이 생리적으로 허용 가능한 유동성 담체에 포함되는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중량기준으로 2%의 히알루론산이 생리적으로 허용 가능한 유동성 담체에 포함되는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서,- 중량기준으로 60% 내지 90%의 히알루론산은 가교 겔 형태이고,- 중량기준으로 10% 내지 30%의 히알루론산은 자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 염 형태이고, 분자량은 500 내지 2800 kDa인, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제4항에 있어서,- 중량기준으로 85%의 히알루론산은 가교 겔 형태이고,- 중량기준으로 15%의 히알루론산은 자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 염 형태이고, 분자량은 500 내지 2800 kDa인, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서,자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 염 형태의 히알루론산은, 분자량이 750 내지 2600 kDa인, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서,자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 염 형태의 히알루론산은, 분자량이 800 내지 2500 kDa인, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서,자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 염 형태의 히알루론산은, 분자량이 1000 내지 1500 kDa인, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교 히알루론산으로 구성되는 겔은 200 내지 2000 Pa.s의 점도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가교 히알루론산으로 구성되는 겔은 1000 내지 1800 Pa.s의 점도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교 겔을 구성하는 히알루론산은 분자량이 1000 내지 6000 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 가교 겔을 구성하는 히알루론산은 분자량이 1000 내지 4000 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2 내지 80 kDa 분자량을 가지는 콘드로이틴황산을 더욱 포함하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 콘드로이틴황산의 분자량은 20 내지 50 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자유 히알루론산 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염은 가교 히알루론산 겔 내부에 균일하게 분산된 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동성 담체는 파이로젠이 제거된 (apyrogenic) 무균성 등장 버퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 피부-미용학적 활성물질을 더욱 포함하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 피부-미용학적 활성물질은 비타민, 항산화제, 무기염, 방부제 및 콘드로이틴황산에서 선택되는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 항산화제는 만니톨인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 피부노화치료용 약제로서의, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 주사용 삽입물을 포함한 주사기 형태로 제공되는 키트.
- 항산화제 존재하에서 피부를 자유라디칼로부터 보호하거나 피부의 히알루론산 분해를 제한하거나 또는 피부를 자유라디칼로부터 보호하고 피부의 히알루론산 분해를 제한하기 위한 제1항의 삽입물 제조에 이용되는, 분자량 500 내지 2800 kDa의 자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염의 형태인 히알루론산.
- 제22항에 있어서, 자유 형태 히알루론산 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염의 분자량은 750 내지 2600 kDa인, 히알루론산.
- 제23항에 있어서, 자유 형태 히알루론산 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염의 분자량은 800 내지 2500 kDa인, 히알루론산.
- 제24항에 있어서, 자유 형태 히알루론산 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염의 분자량은 1000 내지 1500 kDa인, 히알루론산.
- 제22항 내지 제25항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 항산화제는 만니톨인, 히알루론산.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 주름, 미세한 라인, 피부 함몰부위 또는 흉터를 채우거나 주름, 미세한 라인, 피부 함몰부위 및 흉터를 채우기 위하여 피하 주사되는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 삽입물의 피하 주사로 이루어지는, 주름, 미세한 라인, 피부 함몰부위 또는 흉터를 채우거나 주름, 미세한 라인, 피부 함몰부위 및 흉터를 채우기 위한, 키트.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 진피의 항산화 활성을 자극하거나 피부 노화를 방지하거나 또는 진피의 항산화 활성을 자극하고 피부 노화를 방지함으로써 피부 노화를 억제하는 약제를 제조하기 위하여 이용되는, 주사용 삽입물.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 80% 콜라겐 I 및 20% 콜라겐 III의 비율을 가지는 젊은 조직에서 측정되는 수준으로 콜라겐 III/콜라겐 I 비율을 유지하거나 회복시키거나 유지하고 회복시킴으로써 피부 노화를 억제하는 약제를 제조하기 위하여 이용되는, 주사용 삽입물.
- - 주름을 채우고 및 표피 세포를 상승시키거나,- 피부의 견고성 및 탄력성의 기계적 성질을 유지하거나,- 표피 및 진피 대사를 자극하거나,- 진피의 항-산화 활성을 자극하거나,- 피부 노화를 방지하거나,- 주름을 채우고 및 표피 세포를 상승시키고, 피부의 견고성 및 탄력성의 기계적 성질을 유지하고, 표피 및 진피 대사를 자극하고, 진피의 항-산화 활성을 자극하고, 피부 노화를 방지하기 위하여 항산화제 존재하에 있는 제1항의 피하 삽입물을 제조하기 위하여 이용되고, 가교 히알루론산 겔 내부에 분산되고, 분자량이 500 내지 2800 kDa인 자유 형태 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 염의 형태인 히알루론산.
- 제31항에 있어서, 자유 형태 히알루론산 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염의 분자량은 750 내지 2600 kDa인, 히알루론산.
- 제32항에 있어서, 자유 형태 히알루론산 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염의 분자량은 800 내지 2500 kDa인, 히알루론산.
- 제33항에 있어서, 자유 형태 히알루론산 또는 생리적으로 허용 가능한 이의 염의 분자량은 1000 내지 1500 kDa인, 히알루론산.

- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 주사용 삽입물 제조방법에 있어서, 다음과 같은 단계들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주사용 삽입물 제조방법.1) 다음 단계들에 의한 가교 겔 제조단계:- 염기성 유체에 히알루론산 첨가,- 팽화, 교반하의 균질화 및 가교화,- 등장제 (iso-osmolarizing agent) 첨가된 pH 7 버퍼 용액에서 가교 젤의 중화 및 팽화,- 가교제 제거,2) 다음에 의한 자유 히알루론산 제조단계:- 등장의 pH 7 버퍼용액에 자유 히알루론산 첨가;- 팽화,3) 단계 1)에서 얻어진 가교 겔 및 단계 2)에서 얻어진 자유 히알루론산 겔과의 혼합.
- 제36항에 있어서, 탈기 (degassing) 및 병 또는 주사기에 포장 및 멸균 단계인 4) 단계가 더욱 포함되는, 주사용 삽입물 제조방법.
