Claims (6)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.003% 미만(0은 제외), 실리콘(Si): 0.1~0.5%, 인(P): 0.035~0.075%, 황(S): 0.005~0.015%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.06~0.10%, 질소(N): 0.003% 이하를 포함하고, 하기 관계식 1로 표현되는 표면결함 관련 지수(D)가 2~8을 만족하고, 하기 관계식 2로 표현되는 성형성 관련 지수(F)가 3 이상을 만족하고, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되고, 강 내에 (Ti,Fe)P 석출물을 포함하고, 상기 석출물은 관찰시야 1평방 cm (cm2)당 1×108개 이상인 표면품질 및 성형성이 우수한 법랑용 냉연강판.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 냉연강판은 강 내에 TiS 석출물을 더 포함하는 것인 표면품질 및 성형성이 우수한 법랑용 냉연강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 석출물은 그 주변에 미세공공(micro void)을 포함하는 것인 표면품질 및 성형성이 우수한 법랑용 냉연강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 석출물은 0.05~0.30㎛의 평균 크기를 갖는 것인 표면품질 및 성형성이 우수한 법랑용 냉연강판.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.003% 미만(0은 제외), 실리콘(Si): 0.1~0.5%, 인(P): 0.035~0.075%, 황(S): 0.005~0.015%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.06~0.10%, 질소(N): 0.003% 이하를 포함하고, 하기 관계식 1로 표현되는 표면결함 관련 지수(D)가 2~8을 만족하고, 하기 관계식 2로 표현되는 성형성 관련 지수(F)가 3 이상을 만족하고, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강 슬라브를 1100~1200℃로 재가열하는 단계;
상기 재가열된 강 슬라브를 900℃ 이상의 열간 마무리 온도에서 열간압연하여 열연강판을 제조하는 단계;
상기 열연강판을 550℃ 이상에서 권취하는 단계;
상기 권취된 열연강판을 65% 이상의 냉간압하율로 냉간압연하여 냉연강판을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 냉연강판을 800℃ 이상에서 1분 이상 소둔 열처리하는 단계
를 포함하는 표면품질 및 성형성이 우수한 법랑용 냉연강판의 제조방법.
