Abstract
본 발명은 가전기기, 화학기기, 주방기기, 위생기기 및 건물 내외장재 등에 사용되는 법랑용 냉연강판에 있어서, 강재의 성분계를 적절한 범위 내로 한정하는 동시에, 생성되는 Fe-Zr 금속간 화합물의 크기 및 개수를 한정함으로써, 보다 효율적인 고용 수소 흡장 위치(site)를 제공할 수 있다. 특히, 상기 Fe-Zr 금속간화합물은 단단하여 깨지기 쉬우므로, 열간 및 냉간 압연시 크랙이 발생하기 쉽다. 상기 발생된 크랙에 형성된 미세공공(micro-void)은 수소의 흡장 위치(site)를 크게 향상시킬 수 있으므로, 피쉬스케일과 같은 표면결함의 발생을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 중량 %로, C: 0.005% 이하, Mn: 0.05~0.5%, Zr: 0.3~1.0%, Al: 0.02~1.0%, P: 0.03% 이하, S: 0.02% 이하, N: 0.005% 이하를 만족하고, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되고, Fe-Zr 금속간화합물을 포함하는 내피쉬스케일성 및 밀착성이 우수한 법랑용 냉연강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 Fe-Zr 금속간화합물의 크기는 1 내지 50 μm이고, 상기 금속간화합물의 개수는 1평방 mm 당 0.5×102 개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 법랑용 냉연강판.
- 중량 %로, C: 0.005% 이하, Mn: 0.05~0.5%, Zr: 0.3~1.0%, Al: 0.02~1.0%, P: 0.03% 이하, S: 0.02% 이하, N: 0.005% 이하를 만족하고, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 슬래브를 열간압연한 후, 800 내지 950 ℃의 온도에서 열간압연을 마무리하는 단계;
상기 열간압연된 강판을 550 내지 700 ℃의 온도에서 권취한 후, 50 내지 90 % 범위의 냉간압하율로 냉간압연하는 단계; 및
상기 냉간압연된 강판을 700 내지 900 ℃의 온도에서, 20초 이상 연속소둔하는 단계
를 포함하여, Fe-Zr 금속간화합물을 함유하는 강판을 제조하는 내피쉬스케일성 및 밀착성이 우수한 법랑용 냉연강판의 제조방법.
