Description
Claims (12)
- 전기 기계용 어셈블리에 있어서,다수개의 부품 모듈(component module)(2); 및상기 부품 모듈에 그리고 상기 부품 모듈로부터 액상 유전체 냉매를 이송하기 위한, 그리고 상기 부품 모듈(2)에 전력을 공급하거나 및/또는 상기 부품 모듈로부터 전력을 수용하기 위한 전기 전도성 입력 및 출력 매니폴드(6, 10)를 포함하고,상기 입력 매니폴드(6)는 제 1 입구(12)에 연결되고, 상기 출력 매니폴드(10)는 제 1 출구(14)에 연결되며;상기 부품 모듈(2)은 액상 유전체 냉매를 수용하는 유체 밀봉 하우징이며;각 하우징은 상기 입력 매니폴드(6)에 연결되는 입력 파이프(4)와 상기 출력 매니폴드(10)에 연결되는 출력 파이프(8)를 포함하여, 액상 유전체 냉매가 상기 제 1 입구(12)를 통해 상기 입력 매니폴드(6)에 공급되고, 상기 입력 파이프(4)를 통해 각각의 하우징으로 이송되고, 각각의 하우징으로부터 상기 출력 파이프(8)를 통해 상기 출력 매니폴드(10)로 이송되고, 그 후에 상기 제 1 출구(12)를 통해 방출됨으로써, 사용시, 액상 유전체 냉매가 각각의 하우징을 통해 순환하여, 각각의 하우징 내의, 적어도 부분적으로 상기 액상 유전체 냉매에 침지되어 있는 전력 전자 부품(power electronics component)을 냉각시키는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수개의 부품 모듈(2)은 상기 어셈블리 주위의 각도적으로 이격된(angularly spaced-apart) 위치들에 제공되는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 입력 및 출력 매니폴드(6, 10)는 실질적으로 환형인전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입력 및 출력 매니폴드(6, 10)는 상기 부품 모듈(2)에 직류 전력을 공급하거나 및/또는 상기 부품 모듈(2)로부터 직류 전력을 수용하는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 입력 및 출력 매니폴드(6, 10)는 각각 직류 전력 공급기의 각 극성에 대한 버스바(Busbar)를 형성하는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입력 및 출력 매니폴드는 상기 부품 모듈에 교류 전력을 공급하거나 및/또는 상기 부품 모듈로부터 교류 전력을 수용하는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 입력 및 출력 매니폴드는 각각 교류 전력 공급기의 위상에 대한 버스바를 형성하는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 부품 모듈에 교류 전력을 공급하거나 및/또는 상기 부품 모듈로부터 교류 전력을 수용하는 하나 이상의 버스바를 더 포함하는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전기 기계용 어셈블리는 전기 기계의 고정자 어셈블리(1)에 장착되거나 또는 상기 고정자 어셈블리(1)의 일부를 형성하는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 하우징을 통해 액상 유전체 냉매를 순환시키는 과정 동안 상기 액상 유전체 냉매가 동일한 상을 유지하는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액상 유전체 냉매는 상기 유체 밀봉 하우징 내에 위치된 전력 전자 부품을 냉각시키는 과정 동안 액체에서 기체로의 상변화가 일어나는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 액상 유전체 냉매는 각각의 하우징을 통해 연속적으로 순환되는전기 기계용 어셈블리.
