Description
上記入り口マニホルドを一次入り口に接続するとともに、出口マニホルドを一次出口に接続し、上記構成モジュールが、液状誘電体冷却材を装入した液密ハウジングであり、各ハウジングの入り口パイプを入り口マニホルドに接続するともとに、出口パイプを出口マニホルドに接続して、液状誘電体冷却材を一次入り口を介して入り口マニホルドに供給し、入り口パイプを介して各ハウジングに搬送し、出口パイプを介して各ハウジングから出口マニホルドに搬送してから、一次出口を介して排出して、使用時に、各ハウジング内に液状誘電体冷却材を循環させて、各ハウジング内の、上記液状誘電体冷却材に少なくとも部分的に浸漬されている(例えば、制御回路または静的なパワーコンバータ回路を構成する任意のパワー電子素子などの)パワー電子素子を冷却できるように構成した装置を提供するものである。

Claims (10)
- 電気機械を対象とする装置であって、
複数の構成モジュール(2)、
および液状誘電体冷却材を上記複数の構成モジュール(2)に、あるいは上記複数の構成モジュール(2)から搬送するとともに、上記複数の構成モジュール(2)に給電し、および/または上記複数の構成モジュール(2)から電力を受け取る導電性の入り口マニホルド(6)および出口マニホルド(10)を有し、
上記入り口マニホルド(6)を一次入り口(12)に接続するとともに、出口マニホルド(10)を一次出口(14)に接続し、
上記複数の構成モジュール(2)の各々が、液状誘電体冷却材を装入した液密ハウジングであり、各ハウジングの入り口パイプ(4)を入り口マニホルド(6)に接続するともとに、出口パイプ(8)を出口マニホルド(10)に接続して、液状誘電体冷却材を一次入り口(12)を介して入り口マニホルド(6)に供給し、入り口パイプ(4)を介して各ハウジングに搬送し、出口パイプ(8)を介して各ハウジングから出口マニホルド(10)に搬送してから、一次出口(14)を介して排出して、使用時に、各ハウジング内に液状誘電体冷却材を循環させて、各ハウジング内の、上記液状誘電体冷却材に少なくとも部分的に浸漬されているパワー電子素子を冷却できるように構成したことを特徴とする装置。 - 装置周囲の角度的に離間した位置に複数の構成モジュール(2)を配置した請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記入り口マニホルド(6)および出口マニホルド(10)が、実質的にドーナツ形である請求項2に記載の装置。
- 上記入り口マニホルド(6)および出口マニホルド(10)が、構成モジュール(2)に直流電力を供給するか、および/または構成モジュール(2)から直流電力を受け取る請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記入り口マニホルド(6)および出口マニホルド(10)が、それぞれ直流電源の極性毎に母線になる請求項4に記載の装置。
- 上記入り口マニホルドおよび出口マニホルドが、構成モジュールに交流電力を供給するか、および/または構成モジュールから交流電力を受け取る請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記入り口マニホルドおよび出口マニホルドが、それぞれ交流電源の相に対する母線になる請求項6に記載の装置。
- 構成モジュールに交流電力を供給するか、および/または構成モジュールから交流電力を受け取る一つか複数の母線をさらに有する請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 電気機械の固定子装置(1)に取り付けられるか、あるいは固定子装置(1)の要部を構成する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 液密ハウジング内に設けたパワー電子素子の冷却時に、上記液状誘電体冷却材が液相から気相に相変化する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
