도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 턴 시그널 스위치의 동작을 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 턴 시그널 스위치의 조작모드 및 조작모드에 따른 접점신호를 도시한 표이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 턴 시그널 제어 방법을 도시한 순서도 이다.

Claims (11)
- 차선 변경모드 또는 턴 모드 중 적어도 하나의 조작모드를 포함하는 턴 시그널 스위치;
상기 턴 시그널 스위치의 좌회전 조작 방향으로 제1 각도 및 상기 제1 각도보다 큰 제2 각도 위치에 각각 배치된 제1 접점 및 제2 접점;
상기 턴 시그널 스위치의 우회전 조작 방향으로 상기 제1 각도 및 상기 제2 각도 위치에 각각 배치된 제3 접점 및 제4 접점;
차량의 조향각을 검출하는 조향각 센서;
상기 턴 시그널 스위치가 조작된 조작모드에 따라 턴 시그널 램프를 점소등 제어하되, 상기 조향각 센서로부터 검출된 진로 변경 방향의 역방향으로 되돌려진 조향각이 기설정된 각도에 이르는 경우 또는 상기 턴 시그널 스위치의 조작시간이 기설정된 시간을 초과하는 경우 중 적어도 하나인 경우이면 상기 턴 시그널 램프를 소등하는 제어부;를 포함하며,
상기 제1 접점 내지 제4 접점은 상기 턴 시그널 스위치가 그 상부에 배치되는 시점에 생성되는 상승 에지 및 상기 턴 시그널 스위치가 그 상부에서 제거되는 시점에 생성되는 하강 에지를 포함하는 접점 신호를 출력하며,
상기 제1 접점과 제2 접점에서 출력되는 접점신호는 상기 제어부에 공통의 입력단을 통해 입력되고, 상기 제3 접점과 제4 접점에 출력되는 접점 신호는 상기 제어부에 다른 공통의 입력단을 통해 입력되고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 각 입력단에 입력되는 접점 신호의 상승에지 및 하강에지의 발생 순서와 개수에 따라 상기 턴 시그널 스위치의 조작 각도에 따른 조작 모드를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치. - 삭제

상기 조작모드가 차선변경모드인 경우, 상기 제어부는 제1 시간 경과 시 턴 시그널 램프를 소등시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조작모드가 턴 모드인 경우, 상기 제어부는 진로 변경 방향을 판단하는 제1 단계를 수행하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 단계 수행 이후, 상기 제어부는 진로 변경 방향의 역방향으로 스티어링이 조작되는지 판단하는 제2 단계를 수행하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치 - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계 수행결과, 스티어링이 역방향으로 조작된 경우 상기 제어부는 조향각 센서의 센싱값이 기설정된 각도 이상인지 판단하는 단계를 수행하고,
상기 센싱값이 기설정된 각도 이상인 경우 상기 턴 시그널 램프를 소등하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계 수행결과, 스티어링이 역방향으로 조작된 경우 상기 제어부는 제2 시간동안 조향각 센서의 센싱값 변화량이 제1 기준값 이상으로 변화하는지 판단하는 단계를 수행하고,
상기 센싱값 변화량이 제1 기준값 이상인 경우 상기 턴 시그널 램프를 소등하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계 수행 후, 상기 제어부는 턴 시그널 스위치의 조작시간이 제3 시간을 초과하는지 판단하는 단계를 수행하고,
상기 턴 시그널 스위치의 조작시간이 제3 시간을 초과하는 경우 상기 턴 시그널 램프를 소등하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 제4 시간 동안의 차속변화량이 제2 기준값 이상인지 판단하는 단계를 수행하고, 상기 차속변화량이 제2 기준값 이상이면 비상등을 점등시키는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 차속이 주행도로의 기설정된 제한속도 이하인지 판단하는 단계를 수행하고, 상기 차속이 상기 제한속도 이하이면 비상등을 점등시키며,
상기 주행도로의 제한속도는 내비게이션 정보에 기반하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
턴 시그널 제어 장치.
