Claims (7)
- 분쇄 펄프의 집합체에 의해 내면과 그 반대면인 외면을 갖는 흡수성 코어재가 형성되고, 상기 내면이 투수성 시트에 의해 피복되며, 상기 외면이 투수성 시트 및 불투수성 시트 중 어느 것에 의해 피복되어 있는 흡수체로서,
상기 집합체는 단위면적당 질량이 150∼500 g/m2의 범위에 있고, 비용적이 3∼20 cc/g의 범위에 있으며,
상기 집합체에서 상기 분쇄 펄프의 수평 방향 배향 지수(IH)와 상기 비용적(VSP)이 이하의 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수체:
IH ≤ -0.099VSP + 2.4
수평 방향 배향 지수(IH): 상기 집합체의 상기 외면을 수평면에 두었을 때의 상기 수평면에 평행한 단면에서 관찰되는 상기 분쇄 펄프의 단면적의 평균값을 CS1이라 하고, 서로 직교하며 또한 상기 수평면에 직교하는 2개의 평면 각각에서 관찰되는 상기 분쇄 펄프의 단면적의 평균값을 CS2와 CS3라고 했을 때, 수평 방향 배향 지수(IH)는 이하의 식에 의해 구해지는 값이다.
IH = CS1/((CS2 + CS3)/2) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집합체의 상기 내면에 인공 경혈을 1초간 0.3 ml 적하하고 나서, (a) 20초 후 상기 내면에서의 인공 경혈의 확산 면적(SA)과, (b) 3분 후 상기 외면에서의 상기 인공 경혈의 확산 면적(SB)에 있어서, 확산 면적(SB)이 확산 면적(SA)보다 큰 흡수체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집합체가 상기 분쇄 펄프와 고흡수성 폴리머 입자를 포함하며, 상기 비용적은 상기 고흡수성 폴리머 입자를 포함하는 상기 집합체의 체적으로부터 상기 고흡수성 폴리머 입자가 차지하는 체적을 빼서 계산되는 값인 흡수체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집합체는, 상기 분쇄 펄프를 이격 거리를 갖는 한 쌍의 통기성 지지체 사이에 끼우고, 상기 한 쌍의 통기성 지지체 중 하나에서 외측으로부터 상기 집합체를 향해 고압 수증기를 분사하고, 상기 지지체 중 다른 하나에서 외측으로부터 상기 고압 수증기를 흡인함으로써 얻어지는 것인 흡수체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 집합체는 고흡수성 폴리머 입자를 포함하는 것인 흡수체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 펄프의 상기 단면적의 평균값 CS1과 CS2와 CS3는 상기 집합체의 X선 CT 사진으로부터 구해지는 값인 흡수체.
