도 1은 본 발명의 필름 구성 중 하나를 예시한 모식도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1의 필름을 나타낸 현미경 관찰도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1의 필름을 나타낸 편광 현미경[직교 니콜(直交 Nicol)] 관찰도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 1의 필름을 부분적으로 액정 디스플레이에 장착하여, 편광판을 통하여 관찰한 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- 투광성(透光性)의 매트릭스 중에, 광학적으로 이방성(異方性)의 체적 영역이 분산되어 있는 편광(偏光) 해소 기능을 가지는 필름으로서,
상기 투광성의 매트릭스가 면내에서 광학적으로 등방성이고,
상기 이방성의 체적 영역은 광 배향 재료이며,
상기 이방성의 체적 영역을 투과하는 투과광은 위상차를 받는, 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투광성의 매트릭스와, 상기 매트릭스 중에 분산된 상기 광학적으로 이방성의 체적 영역으로 이루어지는 하드 코팅층(hard coating layer)과 투광성의 기재 필름으로 이루어지고, 상기 하드 코딩층을, 상기 투광성의 기재(基材) 필름 중 적어도 한쪽 면에 구비한, 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투광성의 매트릭스와, 상기 매트릭스 중에 분산된 상기 광학적으로 이방성의 체적 영역으로 이루어지는 점착제층과, 투광성의 기재 필름으로 이루어지고, 상기 점착제층을 상기 투광성의 기재 필름 중 적어도 한쪽 면에 구비한, 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이방성의 체적 영역의 평균 입경은 0보다 크고 50㎛ 이하인, 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름은 면 내에서 광학적으로 등방성(等方性)인, 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름.. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름으로서, 직선 편광성의 광을 조사(照射)하는 공정 및 직선 편광성의 광을 조사하는 것에 더하여 필름을 가열·냉각시키는 조작을 포함하는 공정 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 제조 공정에 의해 제조된, 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이방성의 체적 영역의 광축은 일정 방향인, 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름을 보호 필름으로 한, 편광판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광 해소 기능을 가지는 필름을 적층시킨, 편광판.
