개별 카트리지 부분 4, 8, 34의 끼워 넣기는 카트리지 배출구 30 또는 카트리지 배출구 32에 정렬된 카트리지 밀봉 링 26의 밀봉을 통해 빠르고 단순하게 이뤄진다.
Claims (12)
- 유체 혼합물의 구성 요소를 분리하기 위한 분리기에 있어서,
용기,
유입구와 적어도 하나의 배출구로서, 상기 유입구는 배출구 위에 배치되는 유입구와 적어도 하나의 배출구,
구성 요소를 결합시키는 여과재가 있고,
여과재는 용기내에서 유입구와 배출구 사이에 배치되어 유체의 유동은 여과재를 통과하고,
여과재는 상기 용기에 삽입된 복수의 카트리지에 배치되어, 카트리지는 상방으로 떠오르는 것이 방지되며, 상기 카트리지는 용기내에서 제 1 및 제 2 유체의 유체 레벨에 잠기고,
배출구는 입구 또는 지지대 형태의 수용부에 의해 카트리지가 위치설정되는, 용기의 바닥면에 맞추어진 상승관을 포함하고,
정화된 유체를 배출하기 위한 목적으로 상승관 라인으로 이어지는 배출관이 배출구에 연결되며,
상기 상승관은 용기의 바닥으로부터 이어져 카트리지의 배출구로 삽입되며,
카트리지 및 용기 사이에 분리 가능한 연결을 위한 장치가 구성되고,
분리 가능한 연결을 위한 장치에 레버 또는 경첩 형태의 레버 기구를 포함하고,
분리 가능한 연결을 위한 장치가 카트리지의 상단에 정렬하는 것을 특징으로 하는
유체 혼합물의 구성 요소를 분리하기 위한 분리기. - 삭제
