Description
Claims (8)
- 混合液体(5)の成分を分離するための分離器(1)であって、
− 容器(2)と、
− 少なくとも1つの流出部(6)、および、当該流出部(6)の上流に配置されている1つの流入部(3)と、
− 上記成分を捕集可能な状態のフィルター材(7)と、を備え、
− 上記フィルター材(7)は、容器(2)の内部において、上記流入部(3)と上記流出部(6)との間に通流可能に配置され、
上記フィルター材(7)は、上記容器(2)に挿入された複数のカートリッジ(4)の内部に設けられ、各上記カートリッジ(4)の浮き上がりを防ぎ、それぞれの上記カートリッジ(4)が上記容器(2)の内部において、完全に相互に独立して固定され、そして、上記複数のカートリッジ(4)が、容器(2)内の第1の液体および第2の液体から形成されている液面(5)に漬かり、
それぞれの上記カートリッジ(4)は、混合液体(5)が上記カートリッジ(4)に流入および流出する流入口(8)および流出口を有し、
上記流出部(6)は、上記容器(2)内、或いは底部に備えられた上昇管(12)を含み、各上記カートリッジ(4)は、開口部またはノズル型の収容部(16)によって、上記上昇管(12)に載置され、
上記容器(2)の上記流出部(6)に、流出管(20)が続き、当該流出管(20)に、浄化された液体の流出のための上昇導管(22)が続き、
上記カートリッジ(4)と上記容器(2)との間に、分離可能な接続手段(9、9’、12、13、14)を備えていることを特徴とする分離器(1)。 - 上記分離可能な接続手段は、レバー(9、9’)または蝶番型のレバー機構(9”)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分離器(1)。
- 上記分離可能な接続手段(9、9’、9”)は、上記カートリッジ(4)の上側に備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の分離器(1)。
- 上記分離可能な接続手段は、係止手段および/または摩擦接合手段、或いは上記上昇管(12)の係止突出部(13)の裏に係止するシール(14)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の分離器(1)。
- 上記カートリッジ(4)は、合成樹脂、熱可塑性合成樹脂、或いはポリスチレンから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の分離器(1)。
- 上記容器(2)の中へ続く1つの流入部(3)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の分離器(1)。
- 上記カートリッジ(4)は、基本的に三角形の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の分離器(1)。
- 上記容器(2)の内部において、複数のカートリッジ(4)が、重なり合って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の分離器(1)。
