Description
Claims (21)
- 저압 영역과 고압 영역을 갖는 엔진의 연료 분사 시스템이며,
저압 영역에서는 연료 탱크(3)로부터 고압 펌프(1)로 연료를 토출하는 예비 토출 펌프(5)가 제공되며, 고압 영역에서는 내부 챔버(17) 내에 배치되어 하나 이상의 베어링(39, 41)을 통해 회전 가능하게 지지된 구동축을 포함하고 커먼 레일(9) 또는 하나 이상의 분사 밸브로 고압 상태의 연료를 토출하는 고압 펌프(1)가 제공되며, 고압 펌프(1)의 내부 챔버(17)는 저압 영역의 일부이고, 저압 영역은 필요한 경우 저압 영역으로부터 그리고 예비 토출 펌프(5)의 하류에서 엔진의 배기 가스 후처리 장치 내로 연료를 분사하는 하나 이상의 탄화수소 인젝터(16)를 포함하는 연료 분사 시스템에 있어서,
탄화수소 인젝터(16)를 통해 연료를 배기 가스 후처리 장치 내로 분사하는 동안 저압 영역의 압력은 저압 영역으로의 유입량의 증가에 의해 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 예비 토출 펌프(5)는 전기 구동식 연료 펌프로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비 토출 펌프(5)는 기계 구동식 연료 펌프로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 예비 토출 펌프(5) 이전 상류에 스위칭 가능한 스로틀(50)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기계 구동식 예비 토출 펌프(5)에 추가로, 연결 가능한 전기 구동식 추가 연료 펌프(43)가 하나 더 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 탄화수소 인젝터(16)는 연료 고압 펌프(1)의 내부 챔버(17) 또는 연료 유입 라인(15)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 탄화수소 인젝터(16)는 귀환 라인(13)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서, 스위칭 가능한 스로틀(50)은 전기식으로 또는 유압식으로 스위칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 베어링(39, 41)과 귀환 라인(13)의 연결부에는 유량 제한 부재(42)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템.
- 저압 영역과 고압 영역을 가지며, 저압 영역에서는 연료 탱크(3)로부터 고압 펌프(1)로 연료를 토출하는 예비 토출 펌프(5)가 제공되며, 고압 영역에서는 커먼 레일(9) 내로 또는 하나 이상의 분사 밸브로 고압 상태의 연료를 토출하는 고압 펌프(1)가 제공되며, 저압 영역에는 하나 이상의 탄화수소 인젝터(16)가 연결되며, 하나 이상의 탄화수소 인젝터(16)는 필요한 경우 하나 또는 복수의 미립자 필터의 상류에서 엔진의 배기관 내로 연료를 분사하는, 연료 분사 시스템을 작동하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
탄화수소 인젝터(16)를 통해 연료를 분사하는 동안 저압 영역의 압력은 유입량의 증가에 의해 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사 시스템을 작동하기 위한 방법. - 삭제

- 제11항에 있어서, 예비 토출 펌프(5)는 압력 조절기에 의해 개회로 제어되고, 저압 영역에서의 압력 상승은 압력의 설정값(psoll)이 상승함으로써 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사 시스템을 작동하기 위한 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 예비 토출 펌프(5)에 추가로, 예비 토출 펌프(5)의 상류에 배치된 전기 구동식 추가 연료 펌프(43)가 제공되고, 저압 영역에서의 압력 상승은 예비 토출 펌프(5)에 추가로 추가 연료 펌프(43)가 스위치-온됨으로써 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사 시스템을 작동하기 위한 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 유량 조절 밸브(63)에 의해 귀환 라인(13)이 연료 유입부(15)와 연결 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사 시스템을 작동하기 위한 방법.
