Abstract
Description
本発明の課題は、HCインジェクタを備えた燃料噴射系を改良して、作用効率およびコストに関して最適化されたものを提供することである。
図1には、本発明による燃料噴射系の第1形態をブロック回路図で示した。
Claims (21)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射系であって、
低圧部分および高圧部分が設けられており、該低圧部分に前搬送ポンプ(5)が設けられており、該前搬送ポンプ(5)は、燃料タンク(3)から高圧ポンプ(1)に燃料を搬送し、高圧部分に高圧ポンプ(1)が設けられており、該高圧ポンプ(1)は、高圧下の燃料をコモンレール(9)または少なくとも1つの噴射弁に搬送するものにおいて、
低圧部分は、少なくとも1つのHCインジェクタ(16)を備えており、該少なくとも1つのHCインジェクタ(16)は、必要な場合、燃料を、低圧部分から、前搬送ポンプ(5)の下流側で、内燃機関の排ガス後処理装置に噴射することを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料噴射系。 - 前搬送ポンプ(5)は、電気駆動式の燃料ポンプとして形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 前搬送ポンプ(5)は、機械駆動式の燃料ポンプとして、特に直に燃料高圧ポンプ(1)により駆動される燃料ポンプとして形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 前搬送ポンプ(5)の上流側で、切換可能な絞り(50)が設けられている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射系。
- 機械駆動式の前搬送ポンプ(5)に対して追加的に、電気駆動式に作動接続可能な補助燃料ポンプ(43)が設けられている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射系。
- 少なくとも1つのHCインジェクタ(16)は、燃料流入路(15)または燃料高圧ポンプ(1)の内室(17)に接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系。
- 少なくとも1つのHCインジェクタ(16)は、戻し流路(13)に接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系。
- 燃料高圧ポンプ(1)の内室(17)と戻し流路(13)との間に、圧力調整弁(20)が配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系。
- 圧力調整弁(20)と戻し流路(13)との間、または戻し流路(13)内に、切換可能な絞り(50)が配置されている、請求項7または8記載の燃料噴射系。
- 切換可能な絞り(50)は、電気式または液圧式に切り換えられる、請求項4または9記載の燃料噴射系。
- 燃料高圧ポンプ(1)は、内室(17)に配置された、少なくとも1つの支承部(39,41)を介して回動可能に支承された駆動軸(35)を備えており、内室(17)は、低圧部分の一部であり、戻し流路(13)との、少なくとも1つの支承部(39,41)の接続路に、通流制限エレメント(42)が設けられている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系。
- 燃料噴射系を運転する方法であって、
燃料噴射系に低圧部分および高圧部分が設けられており、該低圧部分に前搬送ポンプ(5)が設けられており、該前搬送ポンプ(5)は、燃料タンク(3)から高圧ポンプ(1)に燃料を搬送し、高圧部分に高圧ポンプ(1)が設けられており、該高圧ポンプ(1)は、高圧下の燃料をコモンレール(9)または少なくとも1つの噴射弁に搬送し、低圧部分に、少なくとも1つのHCインジェクタ(16)が接続されており、該少なくとも1つのHCインジェクタ(16)は、必要な場合、燃料を、単数または複数の微粒子フィルタの上流側で、内燃機関の排ガス管に噴射するものにおいて、
HCインジェクタ(16)により燃料を噴射する間、低圧部分における圧力を高めることを特徴とする、燃料噴射系を運転する方法。 - 低圧部分における圧力を、流入流量を増加することによって高める、請求項11記載の方法。
- 低圧部分における圧力を、流入圧を上昇させることにより、高める、請求項11記載の方法。
- 電気駆動式の前搬送ポンプ(5)を用いて、低圧部分における圧力上昇を、前搬送ポンプ(5)の制御電圧を増加することにより、行う、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前搬送ポンプ(5)を、圧力調整装置によって制御し、低圧部分における圧力上昇を、圧力の目標値(psoll)を高めることにより、行う、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前搬送ポンプ(5)に対して追加的に、前搬送ポンプ(5)の上流側に配置された電気駆動式の補助燃料ポンプ(43)が設けられており、低圧部分における圧力上昇を、前搬送ポンプ(5)に対して追加的な補助燃料ポンプ(43)の作動接続により行う、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 流量制御弁(63)により、戻し流路(13)が燃料流入路(15)と接続されるようにする、請求項11から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 低圧部分における圧力上昇を、上流側または戻し流路(13)に配置された切換可能な絞り(50)を作動することにより、行う、請求項11から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポンプハウジングからの戻し流量の全体が、切換可能な絞り(50)を通流する、請求項17記載の方法。
- 追加的にインジェクタからの漏れ流量が、切換可能な絞り(50)を通流する、請求項17記載の方法。
