Abstract
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 조기 점화가 발생했을 때, 연소실로 공급되는 다량의 연료량에 따른 과급 압력을 조절하여 엔진의 토크 변화를 최소화할 수 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 터보차저를 구비한 엔진의 제어 장치의 블록도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 터보차저를 구비한 엔진의 제어 방법을 도시한 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 제어 신호를 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- 연료를 연소시켜 동력을 발생시키는 엔진;
배기 가스에 의해 작동하는 터빈과 회전축으로 연결된 컴프레서가 외부 공기를 압축하여 상기 엔진의 연소실로 과급하는 터보차저;
상기 엔진의 연소실에서 조기 점화 여부를 감지하는 감지 센서; 및
상기 감지 센서를 통해 상기 엔진의 연소실에서 조기 점화가 발생한 것을 감지하면, 공연비를 감소시켜 상기 연소실로 농축된 연료를 공급하여 조기 점화를 억제하고, 농축된 연료가 상기 연소실로 공급되어 발생하는 엔진의 토크 변화를 최소화하도록 요구 토크량과 상기 연소실의 점화 시기 및 공연비로부터 상기 연소실로 공급되는 과급 압력을 조절하며, 상기 연소실로 공급되는 연료의 농축량과 과급 압력을 조절하여 조기 점화가 억제되지 않으면, 차량의 속도를 일정 속도 이하로 제한하는 림프 홈 모드로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저를 구비한 엔진의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제어부는
상기 연소실로 공급되는 과급 압력을 조절하여 조기 점화가 억제되면, 공연비를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저를 구비한 엔진의 제어 장치.
- 삭제
- 터보차저를 구비한 엔진의 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 연소실에 조기 점화가 발생했는지 여부를 감지하는 단계;
상기 엔진의 연소실에 조기 점화가 발생한 것을 감지하면, 공연비를 감소시켜 상기 연소실로 농축된 연료를 공급하여 조기 점화를 억제하는 단계;
농축된 연료가 상기 연소실로 공급되어 발생하는 엔진의 토크 변화를 최소화하도록 요구 토크량, 점화 시기, 공연비로부터 상기 연소실로 공급되는 공기의 과급압력을 조절하는 단계;
조기 점화가 억제되었는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
조기 점화가 억제되지 않은 것으로 판단되면, 차량의 속도를 일정 속도 이하로 제한하는 림프 홈 모드로 전환하는 단계;
를 포함하는 터보차저를 구비한 엔진의 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 연소실로 공급되는 공기의 과급 압력을 조절하여 조기 점화가 억제된 것으로 판단되면, 상기 연소실로 공급되는 연료의 공연비를 일정 값으로 증가시키는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 터보차저를 구비한 엔진의 제어 방법.
