Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 엔진의 실화 제어방법를 설명하는 그래프이다.
Claims (8)
- 엔진의 운전 중에 상기 엔진의 연소실의 연소 압력을 감지하는 감지단계;
상기 연소 압력으로 MFB(총 연소 열량 중 특정 시점에서 연소된 열량 비율), MFB50(총 연소 열량의 50% 연소 시점), MFB50 COV(Coefficient of Variation), IMEP(Indicated Mean Effective Pressure) 및 IMEP COV를 연산하는 연산단계;
목표 MFB50을 설정하는 설정단계; 및
상기 연산단계에서 연산된 MFB50을 상기 목표 MFB50과 비교하여 크랭크 각도가 5도 이상 지각되거나, 혹은 MFB50 COV가 20% 이상이거나, 혹은 IMEP COV가 20% 이상이면 실화로 판단하는 판단단계;
를 포함하는 차량 엔진의 실화 판정방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 목표 MFB50은 엔진의 회전수와 엔진 부하에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 엔진의 실화 판정방법. - 엔진의 운전 중에 상기 엔진의 연소실의 연소 압력을 감지하는 감지단계;
상기 연소 압력으로 MFB(총 연소 열량 중 특정 시점에서 연소된 열량 비율), MFB50(총 연소 열량의 50% 연소 시점), MFB50 COV(Coefficient of Variation), IMEP(Indicated Mean Effective Pressure) 및 IMEP COV를 연산하는 연산단계;
목표 MFB50을 설정하는 설정단계;
상기 연산단계에서 연산된 MFB50을 상기 목표 MFB50과 비교하여 크랭크 각도가 5도 이상 지각되거나, 혹은 MFB50 COV가 20% 이상이거나, 혹은 IMEP COV가 20% 이상이면 실화로 판단하는 판단단계; 및
상기 판단단계에서 실화로 판단된 경우에, 상기 MFB50이 상기 목표 MFB50을 추종하도록 분사시기를 진각시키는 단계;를 포함하는 차량의 엔진 실화 제어방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 분사시기를 진각시킨 이후에 일정 시간의 경과 여부를 판단하고,
상기 일정 시간 경과 후에도 실화 상태가 지속 중이면 경고등을 점등시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 실화 제어방법. - 제4항에 따른 있어서,
상기 일정 시간이 5초 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 실화 제어방법. - 엔진의 연소 압력을 감지하는 연소압력 감지센서;
상기 엔진에 연료를 분사하는 인젝터; 및
제3항에 따른 실화 제어방법을 수행하도록 상기 인젝터를 제어하는 제어기;
를 포함하는 차량의 엔진 실화 제어장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
경고등을 더 포함하고;
상기 분사시기를 진각시킨 이후에 일정 시간의 경과 여부를 판단하며,
상기 일정 시간 경과 후에도 실화 상태가 지속 중이면 상기 경고등을 점등시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 실화 제어장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 일정 시간이 5초 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 실화 제어장치.
