Claims (14)
- ABS 수지를 포함하는 지지체 상에 적어도 표면 보호층을 적층하여 이루어지는 인서트 성형용 장식 시트이며, 상기 지지체의 굽힘 탄성률이 1500 내지 3000MPa이며, 상기 지지체의 두께가 100 내지 500㎛이며, 표면 보호층이 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 가교 경화한 것이며, 상기 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물 중의 수지 성분이 전리 방사선 경화성 수지만으로 형성되고, 상기 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물의 하기 방법에 의해 측정한 인장 탄성률이 100MPa 초과 내지 1000MPa 미만이고, 또한, 표면의 정지 마찰 계수가 1.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트 성형용 장식 시트.
(인장 탄성률의 측정 방법)
표면 보호층을 형성하기 위한 수지 조성물을 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름 상에 경화 후의 두께가 20㎛로 되도록 도포 시공하고, 전리 방사선을 조사하여 경화시킨 도막을 폴리에스테르 필름으로부터 박리하여 샘플을 제작한다. 상기 샘플에 대해서, 인장 시험기를 사용하여 인장 속도 50mm/분으로 측정한다. - 제1항에 있어서, 표면 보호층의 두께가 1 내지 30㎛인 인서트 성형용 장식 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, JIS K 7127에 준거한, 이하의 측정 조건 하에서의 인장 시험에 있어서의 인장 신도가 50% 이상인 인서트 성형용 장식 시트.
(측정 조건) 폭 25mm, 길이 120mm의 시험편을 사용하고, 인장 속도 1000mm/분, 척간 거리 80mm, 표선간 거리 50mm, 온도 160℃의 조건에서 표면 보호층에 균열이 생길 때의 인장 신도를 측정. - 제1항에 있어서, 지지체와 표면 보호층 사이에 저광택 무늬 잉크층을 적층하여 이루어지는 인서트 성형용 장식 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 저광택 무늬 잉크층은 지지체와 표면 보호층 사이에 부분적으로 형성되어 이루어지고, 상기 표면 보호층은 저광택 무늬 잉크층 상에 존재하여 이것과 접촉함과 함께, 상기 저광택 무늬 잉크층이 형성된 영역 및 상기 저광택 무늬 잉크층이 형성되어 있지 않은 영역을 포함하는 전체면에 걸쳐 피복되어 이루어지는 인서트 성형용 장식 시트.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 지지체와 저광택 무늬 잉크층 사이에 무늬층을 갖는 인서트 성형용 장식 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전리 방사선 경화성 수지가 전자선 경화성 수지인 인서트 성형용 장식 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 인서트 성형용 장식 시트를 진공 성형틀에 의해 미리 입체 형상으로 성형하는 진공 성형 공정, 여분의 부분을 트리밍하여 성형 시트를 얻는 공정, 상기 성형 시트를 사출 성형틀에 삽입하고, 사출 성형틀을 폐쇄하고, 유동 상태의 수지를 틀 내로 사출하여 수지와 성형 시트를 일체화하는 공정을 갖는 장식 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 기재된 인서트 성형용 장식 시트를 진공 성형틀에 의해 미리 입체 형상으로 성형하는 진공 성형 공정, 여분의 부분을 트리밍하여 성형 시트를 얻는 공정, 상기 성형 시트를 사출 성형틀에 삽입하고, 사출 성형틀을 폐쇄하고, 유동 상태의 수지를 틀 내로 사출하여 수지와 성형 시트를 일체화하는 공정을 갖는 장식 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조한 장식 수지 성형품.
