Claims (9)
- 바이오 드라이브(Bio Drive)의 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)의 상면부에 고정되고, 다수개의 압입핀을 가지는 소켓(Socket);상기 소켓과 결합할 수 있도록 상기 다수개의 압입핀과 결합하는 다수개의 고정핀을 가지는 카메라 모듈(Camera Module);상기 카메라 모듈의 상부에 위치하여 상기 카메라 모듈을 커버하는 홀더(Holder) 부재; 및상기 카메라 모듈을 커버하는 상기 홀더 부재를 상기 PCB에 고정시키기 위한 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홀더 부재는 상하 및/또는 좌우에 복수개의 고정홈이 형성되어 복수개의 상기 고정부와 너트 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카메라 모듈의 상면과 상기 홀더 부재의 하면 사이의 이격공간은 0.1mm ~ 0.15mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 PCB 면과 카메라 모듈의 수평도는 0.05도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홀더 부재의 하부 각 모서리에 연결되어 상기 카메라 모듈에 탄력적으로 압력을 인가하는 텐션(Tension) 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카메라 모듈의 상면과 상기 홀더 부재의 하면 사이의 이격공간에 위치하는 완충재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 홀더 부재의 하부 각 모서리에 연결되어 상기 완충재에 탄력적으로 압력을 인가하는 텐션 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 완충재는 고무, 스펀지(Sponge) 또는 폴리에스터(Polyester) 중의 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
- 제5항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 텐션 부재는 플라스틱(Plastic) 재질의 텐션립(Tension Lib)인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 드라이브에서의 카메라 모듈 고정 구조.
